You can get more volume in over the week with fewer workouts, do more compounds, etc. which is what 99% of gymgoers need anyways.
I do a pretty straightforward MWF split that’s just a 3x5 of a major press/leg/back lift, and then a 5x10-20 of an easier compound, so like 3 sets of chin ups plus 5 sets of inverted rows, or 3 sets of squats plus 5 sets of walking barbell lunges. So it means overall in 3 very simple workouts I get like 24 sets in of pressing, legs, and back. My arms are always pumped too from the pressing and pulling, and the tendency to do stuff that’s tough on bracing/core means I always have an ab pump.
Basically I get to finish every workout with a full body pump and feeling super loose/stable and don’t have to go to the gym 6x a week.

I honestly wish I had shorter legs. It would be more aesthetic and I could pack on muscle easier. I've always been told I had chicken legs and small nipples, plus broad hips, so it makes me look like a mutant. Height is a meme honestly. Most bodybuilders are 5'8" to 5'10" manlet kings.

I'll try it out. I care more about results than subscribing to any particular lifting philosophy.
The PPL program is a little too tiring and I honestly get a bit depressed if I push too hard each day. Some people told me I get blue because of the adrenaline, but I think it just pumps more blood to the brain and makes you more emotional. I also quit alcohol completely for 3 months so I might be recovering from that.
