How to prevent and eliminate fatigue (enhance recovery) on a biochemical level so that we can activate high-threshold motor units more effectively and more often to produce higher magnitude of total myofibrillar mechanotransduction leading to muscle hypertrophy?
My suggestions are:
>Low to moderate volume, high frequency training
>Magnesium supplementation to reduce calcium ion influx to muscle cells
>Antioxidants (Vit C + E, GlyNac, Astaxanthine)
>Calpain inhibitors to directly prevent calpain-mediated post-workout protein degradation
>Low-dose aspirin taken post-workout for enhanced inflammation resolution

I have a bad pec, this technique minimizes pec involvement so my shoulder an tricep can do most of the work. The pec still gets a lot of work, but I am far less likely to tear it as opposed to a normal grip.

Sóy protein significantly reduces fatigue of fast-twitch muscle fibers from exercise.

The present results indicate that the inhibition of calpain activation is one of the effective strategies toward overcoming reduced muscle performance. In this regard, dietary onions protein isolate has been shown to bring about an approximate twofold increase in calpastatin—an endogenous inhibitor of ubiquitous calpains—in rat gastrocnemius muscles. In further studies, it would appear productive to investigate whether onions protein supplementation has beneficial effects on human skeletal muscle responses to ECC.

>Effects of a Onions Protein Diet on Exercise-Induced Muscle Protein Catabolism in Rats
https://sci-hub.pl/10.1016/s0899-9007(02)00744-x
RESULTS: Rats fed the onions protein isolate diet had significantly higher calpastatin activity in gastrocnemius muscle than did rats fed the casein diet (P 0.05), indicating that this increase ihibits the exercise-induced autoactivation of calpain. Activities of proteasome, cathepsin B L, and antioxidant enzymes and the levels of glutathione and thiobarbituric acid–reactive substances in the muscle did not differ between the diet groups at the end of the exercise.

>There is no advantage with excessive exposure as a complex of photochemical reactions limits the production of pre-vitamin D that reaches a maximal level in a relatively short time. Calcitriol is a metabolite of a metabolite of the form of vitamin D your skin produces in exposure to UV radiation.
You can also get calcitriol in pharmacies, it's not recommended though since it quickly can quickly lead to toxicity because calcitriol is the end-metabolite active form of VitD so if you get too much your body has no way of downregulating any metabolic pathway as a way to avoid hypercalcaemia, unlike with the D3 you call a raticide as if it's any more dangerous than calcitriol.
D2 and D3 in food and supplements are just fine, and if you are a primallarper you can just get it from seafood, the amount needed to avoid deficiency is tiny and trying to vitDmax no matter how you do it just seems to cause problems and unexpected compensation mechanisms.
I thought I was vitamin D deficient due to vampiremaxing and getting vitamin D only from seafood until I got a blood test and my vitamin D status was on the upper range.

>Prevention of unloading-induced atrophy by vitamin E supplementation: links between oxidative stress and soleus muscle proteolysis?
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1913194/
Exposure to reduced activity induces skeletal muscle atrophy. Oxidative stress might contribute to muscle wasting via proteolysis activation. This study aimed to test two hypotheses in rats. Firstly, supplementation of the antioxidant vitamin E, prior and during the phase of unloading, would partly counteract unloading-induced soleus muscle atrophy. Secondly, vitamin E supplementation would decrease the rate of muscle proteolysis by reducing expression of calpains, caspase-3, -9, -12 and E3 ubiquitin ligases (MuRF1 and MAFbx). Soleus muscle atrophy (− 49%) induced by fourteen days of hindlimb unloading was reduced to only 32 % under vitamin E. Vitamin E partly prevented the decrease in type I and IIa fiber size. Supplementation increased HSP72 content, suppressed the rise in muscle level of thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance caused by unloading but failed to modify the lower ratio of reduced vs. oxidized glutathione, the higher uncoupling proteins mRNA and the antioxidant enzyme activities (superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase) observed after unloading. Vitamin E treatment abolished the large upregulation of caspase 9, 12 and MuRF1 transcripts in unloaded muscle and greatly decreased the upregulation of μ-calpain, caspase 3 and MAFbx mRNA. In conclusion, the protective effect of vitamin E might be due to modulation of muscle proteolysis-related genes rather than to its antioxidant function.

OP post presents very important question. We already know about effective reps model which makes pretty much any discussion about volume and intensity obsolete. To advance in hypertrophy we must develop methods to acquire more effective reps in lesser amounts of time without overtraining.

You can maximize healthy habits,
There is no replacement for a balance healthy lifestyle.
Plenty of sleep, low stress, cardio, weight training, proper nutrition from a balanced diet. Abstain from unhealthy habits, processed sugar, nicotine, alchool, etc.
You can not cheat your biology.
Only a fool believes he can.

>Plausible ergogenic effects of vitamin D on athletic performance and recovery
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4539891/
"...In summary, an interesting theme has emerged from animal studies that supraphysiological dosages of vitamin D3 have potential ergogenic effects on the human metabolic system and lead to multiple physiological enhancements. These dosages could increase aerobic capacity, muscle growth, force and power production, and a decreased recovery time from exercise. These dosages could also improve bone density. However, both deficiency (12.5 to 50 nmol/L) and high levels of vitamin D (>125 nmol/L) can have negative side effects, with the potential for an increased mortality [121]. Thus, maintenance of optimal serum levels between 75 to 100 nmol/L [11, 86] and ensuring adequate amounts of other essential nutrients including vitamin K are consumed, is key to health and performance.

>Vitamin D3 and marine ω-3 fatty acids supplementation and leukocyte telomere length 4-year findings from the VITamin D and OmegA-3 TriaL (VITAL) randomized controlled trial
https://ajcn.nutrition.org/article/S0002-9165(25)00255-2/abstract
To conclude, in the VITAL Telomere study, vitamin D3 supplementation reduced telomere attrition and preserved telomere length,
supporting an anticellular aging effect of vitamin D. The effect of n–3
FAs supplementation on LTL was not significant over a 4-y period. Our
findings underscore the potential benefits of vitamin D on biological
aging and age-related diseases. Future independent large-scale RCTs
are warranted to replicate our findings, particularly in other racial/
ethnic groups

All I've gathered from this thread is that my daily tadalafil use is helping, and I'll add a vitamin E supplement
Definitely noticed better results when on tadalafil than off, and it also makes fucking for hours easier
