If both men AND women care more about abs and being lean, why is bulking and getting "big" pushed so hard? Wouldn't it make sense to be a bit weaker, but actually look good, especially without a shirt?

I ask because I can't imagine any of these women dating a powerlifter with a pot belly, but I can imagine them being with a tall pretty boy that has amazing abs but may not be able to bench 2 plates.

just post their buttholes already
>>
see man the real problem here is that you see a video of a bunch of pretty girls and the first thing you think about is you imagine them getting with another man, sounds like some gay shit to me brotha

Hate to break it to you, but all those girls are having sex. The question is what can you do to be more likely to be one of the people they're having sex with.

Is it to increase your lift numbers, or get lean?

Its not

>>77048613
They're having sex with guys. Just have a dick. Problem solved
>>
>>77048616
No, bulking and making fun of guys for "being scared of not seeing their abs" was something I used to see on here quite a lot
>>
>>77048618
What do those guys look like? What does their fitness routine consist of? Do you think they're bulky?
>>
>>77048513
>why is bulking and getting "big" pushed so hard?
most gym rats are autistic and/or gay.

>Wouldn't it make sense to be a bit weaker, but actually look good
it does.

it's jut that abs are not attainable with ANY conventional supposed abs exercises bot :D
no worries bot, i just fixed that sad state of affairs:

>>Lower spine flexion refers to the act of bending forward at the lower back, which can be a common movement in daily activities. However, excessive or improper flexion can lead to issues like herniated discs and chronic back pain, so it's important to maintain good posture and strengthen core muscles to support the spine.
lumbar flexion AGAINST RESISTANCE, active of which i gave 3 examples of
>volleyball spike from full extension
>hammer swing from full extension
>Mcgill crunch where u feel spine actively pressing on hands, yes with abs
is GOOD LOAD on spine
whereas passive bending spine under load when you pick sth up from the floor or
> squat, bench, deadlift, ohp (woah, what a coincidence it's the shit u shill here bot) rows, hyper-extensions, pulldowns and pullups and basically gymming with "good form" in general
is BAD LOAD on spine

and the
>good posture and strengthen core muscles to support the spine.
is only achievable via proper balance between psoas and abs strength and proper resting tonus of both
gymming with "good form" clenches psoas and damages it which is fucking disastrous as it's physically connected to diaphragm, very center of your body in spine AND GUTS where our second brain resides - the enteric nervous system
https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/the-brain-gut-connection
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enteric_nervous_system
it would be genuinely hard to find more insidious way to fuck sb up with "advice" on fitness related things

tldr:
git abs with Mcgill crunch actively pressing lumbar spine on hands, monitor legs as u do it, they ought to be relaxed

"Bulking" is popular because it lets people eat like shit while telling themselves it's not a lack of discipline, it's just part of the plan.

it's also code word for roiding, and "abs" motions don't do abs but just clench and damage the PSOAS

What does this actually look like in training? Like that shit where people smash a tire with a sledgehammer?

They don't really care about abs. Leancels think they do because people compliment the most obvious thing about you and they always have their shirt off.

women will do anything but regular cardio like running or swimming

>What does this actually look like in training? Like that shit where people smash a tire with a sledgehammer?
yup, but it's a ballistic motion and u gotta have the right technique and abs to pull it off in the first place
Mcgill crunch bot is where it's at:

>are you claiming MY OWN modification of Mcgill crunch where u actively press lumbar spine down onto hands is somehow not safe bot?

>>77048952
>They don't really care about abs.
everyone shoulde DEEPLY care about abs and it's got nothing to do with vanity:

the pain in lumbar spine on the left side is GONE BOT, and i had to force myself not to sneeze before doing the
> modification of Mcgill crunch where u actively press spine down onto hands
for a week bot
remember to breathe during this exercise, it's a very good explanation here:

Strange the black guys I see are all short and skinnyfat or skinny. Only very, very few are both tall and fat.

Women care about how you make them feel, how you look together and what other women think when they see you with her (clothed)

I don’t get why people here whine when women don’t prefer abs but a higher bodyfat on men and at the same time the same people here prefer women with a higher bodyfat.

I don't understand why the board has been flooded with so much anti-bulking propaganda
You need to bulk, you need to cut, you need to stay under 20% bf to maximize gains

Because this website is now 80% faggot business and politics shills who think 4chan is the youth npc programming database. They all have something to gain by lying to people and trying to (vainly) change their mind

>>77049394
> You need to bulk
Why? If you aren’t competing the chances of you not cutting to 12-15% BF is much higher than properly cutting.

Men aren't women nigger everyone telling skellies to bulk is probably doing it because they themselves bulked and found it massively better than being scrawny
