Dietary fat is stored as bodyfat very easily (requiring only 0% to 5% of its energy to be converted to bodyfat).
But it's very difficult for carbs to be stored as bodyfat (nova lipogenesis, requiring 20% to 25% of the carbohydrate's energy).
Because it's difficult for carbs to be stored as fat, carbs are used by the body as its primary source of energy for physical movement (which is why atheletes eat so many carbs). Carbs are the most efficient fuel for physical activity by far.
Ketolards eat high fat and don't have any energy to move, and so most of their dietary fat is converted to bodyfat. Ketolards are very cold and sit around all day with poor thyroid function.

Wrong, fats are satiating and can be readily available the same as carbs through glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis, it's easy to down 4000kcal of carbs a day although calories are a dubious unit of measuring.
It should be well noted that this applies to animal fats only, seed oils are just condensed carbs

BWHAHAHAHHAHA! This is the funniest ketolard post I've ever read
>>

You literally admitted on your own post how readily available starchy carbs are compared to basically every other ressource. Readily available = readily storeable and can also be burned quickly depending on activity = easy to overeat on.
No one can overeat butter or lard or bacon with a normal stomach and appetite, it's easy to overeat rice and oats and whatever cattlefeed. It's also easy to do so with seed oils.
Moral of the story : avoid starchy carbs and seed oils

To be used for physical energy and heating the body, dumbfuck. Which is why you feel energetic on high-carb, and why you feel weak and lazy on keto. Which means you burn more calories on high-carb.
And let's not get started on how carbs are needed for thyroid function.

>didn't work FOR WHAT? how didn't it work?
Not him but it didn't work for:
1. Weightloss. Because it damages your thyroid, causing your metabolism to slow, and because it's very easy to overeat on fats due to them being the most calorie dense macronutrient.
2. General health. Again, because it damages your thyroid, which causes many health issues in the body. And, because weight gain causes many other health issues.

If you feel less energetic with a fat and protein only restrictive diet you're simply a sugar addicted fatass. Keto and carnivore + fruits and milk and organs are perfect.
>Carbs support thyroid functions
Damn most species on earth and pre-3000bc humans must have had constant gout lol you fucking moron

Animals are not naturally in ketosis. They only go into ketosis during extreme survival situations, which causes low-metabolism and health problems (and eventually death) in the long run.
>If you feel less energetic with a fat and protein only restrictive diet blah blah
Funny how 99.999% of athletes eat primarily carbs, isn't it?
>>
>>
>>77052118
Even cows cant digest plants lmao. They rely on fermented fatty chain acids for energy and other functions. The most common state in mammals is ketosis.
>Muh athletes
Unhealthy people 40 years biologically past their actual age, on steroids and runners especially have disproportionate amounts of digestive system cancers, curious innit

Cows literally have entire additional stomach chambers full of very volatile and reactive biochemical components and a very aggressive microbiome yet humans with their single chamber and curiously a stomach that can only break down animal products still insist on eating like cows

>The most common state in mammals is ketosis.
For the vast majority of mammals under normal physiological conditions, glucose (via glycolysis) is the primary energy source.
>Brain function in mammals requires a relatively high rate of energy metabolism, and under normal circumstances, the predominant fuel is d-glucose.

Animals go into ketosis during starvation or hibernation - in other words, when their metabolism goes to shit

In dairy cows, ketosis is classified as a major METABOLIC DISEASE

>if i don't look at fat ketolards then they don't exist
>>
>>77051993
Probably because they're overeating. It's really easy to take in too many sat fats on a carnivore diet, and also really easy to lapse on your macros. This can cause an active lifestyle to be unsustainable, leading to sedentary behavior, compounding the effect.
I truly think that people go on a carnivore diet so that they can flaunt their ability to afford pricey cuts of meat for every meal.
Eat a variety of foods yall. It's more exciting to live that way anyway.

The circumstances surrounding his death are a bit mysterious. I was following the news of his death when it happened.
The wilderness around his home was undergoing a controlled burn for weeks. Inhaling wildfire smoke can cause a stroke. Peat died of a stroke in his sleep.
I can't say it is impossible for him to have just had a stroke on his own but the circumstances are weird.
The only one who really knows details is his long time girlfriend (or common law wife) but she pretty much doesn't talk to anyone on the Internet.
I was impressed by his intelligence and mental energy in his old age. He was doing something right. I'm sure he wasn't perfect though. He had the opposite attitude to someone like Bryan Johnson. Peat didn't take crazy supplement stacks and had no interest in maxing out his lifespan like you see some trying to do on forums. I'm pretty sure his attitude was "I'm gonna die when God takes me".

Everyone on carnivore and vegan diets that I have personally met have been alcoholics. They usually leave that part out. They also eat retarded amounts of saturated fat and they tend to binge hard. 99% of the meme fad diets you see are not sustainable and the people shilling them only pretend when they're on camera.
>>77052082
It doesn't work because it's a meme restrictive diet that does retarded shit, like putting an entire stick of butter in black coffee.
This person is retarded>>77052097 because no one adheres to it long enough to have any kind of thyroid damage

Checked out the video, just look at the glee with which he shows off the sliced pork belly that looks to be at least 60% fat by weight. But hey, he's "popping it into the air fryer" so it's diet food I guess.
What I'm more confused about is why he still has a following when he just keeps getting fatter, shows you how retarded the average person is.

Yeah they might a well be opening pokemon packs or women reviewing new makeup they got or whatever.
The diet is just the name of the hobby, the real point is just eating fatty delicious meat and pretending that's somehow difficult for you to do while coping that you're doing something about your weight problem.
