It's been scientifically proved, there's no particular pros doing that and the risk of passing out mid reps because suddenly your brain isn't getting enough oxygen and the arms that are holding a barbell or dumbells turns into spaghetti is very real.

INCLINE at about 30 degrees is the absolute top as it has the greatest elbow dip at any angle, allowing most people to drop an inch lower than the decline and almost 2 more than the flat bench.
