Has anyone seen results with it? I don't plan to make them my main source but like a 3rd of my protein intake.
I don't like cooking dinner but I've been experimenting with a sort of raw pancake batter. I'm blending oats, raw eggs, milk and bananas (optional sugar and vanilla extract). I'm thinking of increasing the amount of eggs to 6 in the mixture to worry less about stuffing protein during lunch.
Thoughts?

there's disputes about the bioavailability of the nutrients of raw eggs.
I just hard boil mine because it requires no cleaning and you can just grab them out of the fridge as a snack when you need to.

I've read about it, this paper says that muscle building effects are the same regardless of cooking method, but the effects were measured for a single workout session so I'm not sure if it applies to long term muscle building.
>Conclusions: The ingestion of raw, as opposed to boiled, eggs attenuates the postprandial rise in circulating EAA concentrations. However, postexercise muscle protein synthesis rates do not differ after ingestion of 5 raw compared with 5 boiled eggs in healthy young men. This trial was registered at the Nederlands Trial Register as NL6506

There's 0 reason for it to be bad unless you eat mass-produced eggs or mass-produced meat which considering your slave mentality you probably do.
I have my own chicks sometimes i just grab 3 eggs wash the outer shell and drink them as a snack outside, been doing it for years no problem

02/02/26(Mon)06:57:31 No.77054418 This thread is hilarious. If you're afraid of raw food you're never going to make it anywhere. Might I suggest some eggnog.
12 eggs
sugar to taste, brown is best imo
nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla (0.5-1tsp)
half a quart of cream
whole milk
shut the fuck up and enjoy

More of an issue of how often vs how much.
4 raw eggs in the morning isn't going to kill you ever.
4 raw eggs specifically spaced out over the entire day could actually interfere with biotin.
because you are now applying such issues to multiple meal periods.
You should never do a meme diet, ever.
All meme diets have been proven to have serious issues due to likelihood of small deficiencies happening daily.

02/03/26(Tue)17:19:45 No.77058122 I'm pretty sure that its definitive that cooking eggs removes any of the negatives (specifically binding up or otherwise impeding nutrient absorption) AND makes the protein more biovailable. In other words, youre wasting the eggs if you dont cook them.

yeah, if you induce CYP17A1 along with eating raw egg yolks, it can significantly contribute to testosterone synthesis, in me personally the results have been unbelievable

02/04/26(Wed)17:33:25 No.77060775 You're throwing about 1/2 of the protein away as we can't absorb it raw.
And your farts are going to be rancid - your choice though.
