Here's why dietary advice doesn't ever matter and it's all bullshit
>A big mistake you're all making is that you eat food that's too easy to digest such as refined carbs and liquid calories. You want fiber and protein to slow down the digestion and not spike up your blood sugar.
>Okay let's do a healthy diet. Step 1:
>Chew the food into a pulp. If you don't chew enough, your stomach hates you.
What? So what is it? Should I exhaust My stomach or give it mushy baby food?

The language is retarded. Ease of digestion is in reference to absorption in the intestines mostly and how quickly your body can metabolize it. Protein and fiber don't break down enough when chewed thoroughly to absorb more quickly but it does make your stomach, the organ itself, have a much easier time

Stfu fucking idiots. I'm right and you're wrong. It's not Worth it fiddling with diets and science because it's all so complicated for our reasonably weak brains to compute. So, the conclusion is, I'm right as always, and you're just a bunch of complete autists as always.
