I meal prep so sorry for the long post.
>4lbs 96%lean ground chicken
>cook in pan with shit ton of schwarma seasoning, salt to taste, 1tbsp cornstarch slurry to emulsify fat.
>350g basmati rice dry, 2 cans black beans drained, half an onion chopped. 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp garlic powder
Tzatziki sauce
>2 cups nonfat greek yogurt
>3tbsp lemon juice
>1tbsp dried dill
>1tbsp fresh chopped mint
>15g high quality olive oil
>1 grated and squeeze drained cucumber
>1/2 tsp salt
Chopped cucumbers and halved tomatoes for final bowl.
>Kalamata olives and non fat feta are nice add-ons.
For my final weights in bowl
180g cooked chicken
50g protein
300cal
150g rice and beans mixture
200 cal
8g protein
Tzatziki sauce
65grams
45 calories
6g protein
Veg
Negligible calories.

2 cans of sardines (40g of protein for 2 dollars is crazy value)
100g of snap frozen veggies.
Also some nandos hot sauce (15g) macros are fine for a serving and it makes my food a bit more interesting

eat this 5-6 times a day and 2-3 scoops of karbolyn or cluster dextrin and 2 scoops of whey isolate for pre and post workout.

Salmon fillet. EZPZ to cook if anyone wants to add more fish to their diet. Very hard to fuck up and make too dry or bland. You can even poach it and it turns out fine.

yea its basically a guess i ask chatgpt and err on the side of caution. I made 10 pounds and shredded it and just asked chatgpt the calories of the shredded meat, same with bone broth with all the fat removed and just assume theres a bit more fat. The macros though on that bone broth are nuts and makes you feel like a God took about 2 hours in my instantpot the meat is just thigh and drummies, its a fuckton of extra effort so i get it
