Which things made you progress the most on your fitness journey, creating a clear “before and after” in your gains and energy levels?

I'd go for quality sleep and nutrition timing, these are the most ignored things for beginners, but I'd like to involve in some more detailed tips once you've covered the basics and you just want to pursue your limits.
