I think most people overestimate the consumption of protein and just keep chugging down as much as possible as they feel like its needed and it only results into farts deadlier than a vacation in chernobyl

there are benefits of protein consumption all the way up to 3.3g/lb bw. there are diminishing returns after 0.7g/lb bw though.
something something study about burn victims and feeding them eggs something something improved healing all the way up to over 3g of consumption something something.

On the days I train I have over 600 grams sometimes over 800 grams of protein along with over 1500 grams of carbs. I'm a supernova

protein is highly satiating so if you aren't counting calories it's easier to lose weight with a high protein, low carb diet

has to be good quality protein though

I used to naturally eat high carb, mid protein. Now I eat high protein, mid carb. I feel immensely better now, in a general sense.

Chernobyl isn't particularly deadly.
It'll probably be safe for human habitation within our lifetimes.

it's also diuretic. on my 800g protein days I have trouble sleeping only because I have to pee so much, and I keep a steel kitchen pot next to my bed so I don't have to disturb my sleep too much and can just pee right there, like in the old days
I drink my own piss; sadly, I've been forgetting to chug the entire pot first thing after weaking up, as it's my most nutrient and hormone dense of the week

Ye their body uses it in place of carbs. Only good thing is it's maybe more satiating. And it's easier to cook and eat a bunch of lean meat vs meat+carbs

I get much worse farts from eggs and beans than steak and chicken.
>>

That's because beans contain a sugar that is indigestible to humans so it ferments in the colon and eggs are high in sulfur.

protein doesn't cause farts
physical exercise removes blood from the gut momentarily creating necrosis (just a tiny bit)
and germs love to eat on dead flesh, so they start fermenting harder

exercise creates deadly farts, not protein
if you don't believe me, stop training for 7 days or watch people around you eat same shit but not have farts

You're wrong, fiber causes "protein farts" as it's indigestible.
>>

fiber doesn't cause protein farts, it causes germs to have more surface area to digest protein and multiply. It is a good thing to eat before protein so that protein has better absorption.

Germs in gut create "protein farts" from fermentation, which comes back to my point. Germs that are overactivated by exercise and fiber. Exercise overactivates germs more than fiber tho.

You have cause and effect in wrong order.

I only do that on training days where I lift for 10 to 12 hours straight with anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes between sets. That's my volume is so high. Next month I'll be approaching 10,000 kilos for the day
