I am 23, 5'7, 156lbs
lean muscular build, started lifting 2 years ago more or less from 120lbs~ but only really seriously/consistently maybe last couple months due to sickness/other factors

highest weight i've managed to reach is 160-163~ roughly(pic rel) but this primarily done through fast-food, nowadays I'm cooking my own meals or eating out at quality places. Tried BPC-157 to help with rotator cuff injury I got in BJJ but it didn't really do much and was expensive - just prefer things focused on muscle growth primarily rn to get me to my ideal goal weight of 175-185

If you HIIT at you age you'll have all the T you need but get your bloods done at ulta or qwest to include Total T, Free T, Hemacrit so you have a baseline. Dont do any sarms or TRT. Just too soon. No alcohol, watch carbs. Reta will help stop the food noise and get you to a sub 200 weight. That is #1 mission for next 12 months for you.

Getting big is diet and genetics and takes years. My buddy who is a body builder told me a few year ago when I had been lifting, he said you need to lose weight because it "wrecks the effect". He was right. A year later and 50 lbs less I look better and can barely see abs. I will never be "big" at 185 like a really big dude, but I will look muscular. So I am now 5'10 205 putting on as much bulk as I can then final cut in March to 190. Reta helps me dial that weight in and it makes me want to eat good things. Its driven by hormones 100%. I wish someone told me that at 23.

Ok you are exactly my size. 50lbs off using reta by October 2026. You'll have a 35 waist. Skipping rope will boost your T and bone density, it will feel like murder until 225. But you will lose a pound or so a week if you reta and train at same time. One mg per week for first 4 weeks, 2mg per week for weeks 5-8. 3 or 4mg per week after that as long as the weight keeps dropping.
