So I’m traveling and where I currently am decent protein is hard to come by since the locals are mostly into carb slop. I don’t have access to a kitchen, but luckily Five Guys is available and cheap here. If I wanted to get the same amount of protein from other restaurants, it would cost about 2.5× as much and wouldn’t taste nearly as good so I would probably get sick of them quickly.

Realistically speaking, is it bad to eat one quadruple cheeseburger every single day for the foreseeable future if you’re healthy? No sides, and no toppings except raw onion (maybe I'll experiment with other raw veggies for the fiber).

This would make it much easier to hit my macros. I also eat one 200g block of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) a day if that matters.

even in beverly hills, a five guys burger and fries would cost me more than a ono hawaiian chicken katsu combo with 3 scoops o' macaroni salad.

you can just ask for eggs/meat only from any place that sells food. Don't be retarded
>>
>>77057361
you need 14 eggs to match the protein alone in that burger
>>
>>77057367
Did you miss the part where he said meat?

If you just get a double burger it's about $12. Fries and drinks make it expensive.
>>77056486
I ate 5 guys for lunch about 95% of days for the last 3 years at work. Is it healthy? Idk. Do I still have abs? Yes.

People on this board tend to have poor reading comprehension. I'd guess if they have to ask a question like in OP on this board, they're just retarded. I think it would be best if jannies just started to permaban people who make threads like this.

Five guys is the shittiest fast food burger I've ever eaten. I'd rather eat McDonald's.
>>
>>77056486
why do people like 5 guys? Is it just people that taste with their wallets? Even burger king is better

At its core it's a really subpar hamburger. No amount of "free" peanuts can make up for that
>>
>>77059357
i havent seen free peanuts in their locations outside america
>fries
everyone itt says skip them
>bland unseasoned beef patties
brown detected
>>
>>77059357
it just tastes like a normal burger you can make at home
but you're retarded if you think the chemically altered slop at burgerking is on par
>>

No.
>but you're retarded if you think the chemically altered slop at burgerking is on par
Agreed, this guy has no taste buds or is indian and can't tell the difference.

Took me a lot of searching but finally found a place nearby that has it. They only stock 2 pieces a day apparently.
>>
>>77059362
My roommate used to work for them. I asked him about it and he said it was SOP to not add salt to the patties
>>77059411
I make much better burgers at home. I don't believe burger king is on par, I believe it's a tier higher.
>>
>the best burger is vertical cheeseburger!! :D

During my bulk that I just finished I had many days eating literally just cheeseburgers. They aren't the most efficient form of protein but they get the job done. Don't don't need as much protein as you think you do anyway.
>>
>>77060701
>They aren't the most efficient form of protein
How the fuck is it not the most efficient form of protein? It's a big chunk of meat covered in things that make it taste delicious.
>>
>>77061911
Because you can get more protein for far less calories. You dumb?
>>
>>77056486
Five Guys? You got ripped off, you schmuck.
>>
>>77061911

Yeah, you're right. 300 calories for 16 grams of protein is so efficient.
