02/03/26(Tue)03:57:08 No.77056747 Why do you focus on gay shit like Bench and Chest so much?
Shoulders are the most important and the biggest muscles in your body. They are the ones making you look like you lift.

a normal upper day:
>chest press (alternating incline one day, flat the next)
>lateral raises
>ab roller
>alternating biceps curls and tricep extensions
Maybe I do a calisthenics focused day occasionally with pushups and pull-ups
Is that not enough shoulder work?

Bench already works your front delts more than enough, and overhead pressing does not work the side delt enough, so for aesthetics there's no use case.

Alright I'm about to lift soon here. Debating on first lift being bench or delts. My last pr before injury was right about 350 total dip for 1.5 reps and that's what I fucked it on mid rep. If I had a dip setup instead of deck railing it'd be higher but yeah.

Only if you're compoundmaxxing. If you're hitting bench for the chest gains, you could do shoulders prior to make sure the resistance is focused primarily on your chest

Facepulls are near 100% rear delts, kelso shrugs are 100% traps.

Here is your feminine brain showing itself again.
"Seen as"? Who said anything about seen? That's just you. You are the one obsessed with how you are perceived.
I said BEING manly is important. BEING strong is important. Whether anyone "sees" you doing it or not. Having fake useless muscles for the sole purpose of other people seeing them is not manly. That's all I said.
>Oh well we don't care about being manly
Yeah I can see that
