02/03/26(Tue)04:24:56 No.77056791 of course you cant just drink it so its not as convenient. good on oatmeal, greek yogurt and I guess whatever you want to bake that needs peanut butter. protein powder is generally tastier.

How are you faggots not able to hit your protein needs with normal food?
Why do you always have to use some garbage that the body can barely digest.

Im all for eating whole foods but pb2 is just that. . .powdered peanut butter. All its doing is taking the fat out of the peanut to reduce the calories. Great for people like me who love peanut butter but need to stay in a cut.

Probably not a normie amount, but this board 'tissic enuf 2 literally overdose on peanut butter.
>Hypothyroidism and Goiter in a Young Male with Suspected Dietary Iodine Deficiency Followed by Thyrotoxicosis After Iodine Supplementation

>He reported consuming strawberries and peanut butter sandwiches with no intake of dairy or seafood due to gastrointestinal issues (abdominal pain, bloating, and nausea).
protip: just eat enuf iodine hours apart from peanuts.
