Patches worked for me. Smoked a pack a day. Bought all six weeks of pic rel at once. It'll be two years quit next month. I also chewed regular gum. The nicotine gum and lozenges always made my mouth tingle.
>>
>>77058293
Literally just stop
Worked for me
>>
>>77058293

Choose non-inhalation vehicles, lower the dose (buy a few packs), then reach a point you stop buying new supply. Cut off nic fiend friends for a while also.

Try the vegan plant based alternatives...:D

You mean these?

The trick is to go through a withdrawal that is 1000x worse. I withdrew from benzos, so quitting cigs was a complete joke.
>>
>>77058916
I did the withdraw from crack but nic is 100% worse
>>

Should I try feelfree to get addicted to heroin?
>>
>>77059048
Nah get addicted to oxy first and then hop on heroin
>>
>>77058916
Kek I agree. Quitting weed was way harder than quitting cigs. I just stopped smoking. I wouldn't irritable for a day or two but that passes. For nic vapes I don't get irritable which is nice. Instead I just crave the flavor. Same thing though, 2-3 days after the cravings go away.
Contrast that to weed, fuck my appetite didn't come back for a whole month. Sleep was shit too.

Just quit. I used 2 cans of 20mg/g pouches a day and quit cold turkey.
>week 1 I was annoyed and angry, raging like a retard over every small thing
>weeks 2-5 I was depressed
>week 6 I craved nicotine but no other symptoms
>week 12 don't even miss it
>>
>>77059299
Yeah nicotine can be challenging, but has no longterm withdrawal. You just tough out a few days of urges and maybe being a little cranky, then it dissipates heavily after the first 4-5 days. I wasn't right getting off of benzos for like 6 months and thought I had permanent damage. 6 months of constant shivers, muscle tension, feelings of despair, and being "wired but tired" which is the most common problem. A few days of being bitchy and moody from canning cigarettes couldn't even hold a torch to it
>>
>>77058293
Just stop. It's that easy.
>>
Taper. Taper. TAPER.

Everyone treats nic like you just cold turkey it for some reason. You could, nothing physically dangerous will happen to you, but you can ease the entire process by multiple fold amount by simply cutting down slowly every week until you reach 0.

Idk why people cold turkey when you can experience literally 0 discomfort treating an addiction
>>
>>77058293
stop buying it
you will feel psychotic for a week but it passes
>>
>>77058293
don't buy it
you will still get cravings from time to time but it's not that bad
>>
>>77059299
yeah they say that weed isn't addictive, but I couldn't stop. even when I stopped buying it I would take a hit from my mom or sibling's dab pen. had to admit to them I had a problem and used the guilt to quit for good.
>>
>>77058293
You smoke cigs instead, as the greatest generation did
You'll look cool, and zoomettes will see you as a badass villain from a noir movie
>>

Weed being non addictive is the most pernicious lie from stoner culture and doctors seem to be completely apathetic to it. My brother is a hardcore pot smoker, and I can literally see the withdrawals kick in when we have dinners at christmas as his mood and energy rapidly depletes as the night goes on.
>>
>>77059480
Sorry but this is retarded.
The craving for nicotine only last two or three days, and I'm being generous with the estimate; so the tapering is useless and counter productive, as you postpone the end of the physical need for it indefinitely.

People say that because the physical aspect of it is minimal. It's really a mental thing.
Mind you I'm the type of person who get withdrawals, but I've noticed most of it was lying to myself.
What I mean by it:
For a long time, I used to convince myself I couldn't eat or sleep well without it, and it was mostly a cope.
It's the addiction talking, finding a reason to start again.
Sometimes, another bad habit detrimental effects, like drinking a shitload of coffee, or eating too much too close to bedtime, were being counter/cancel by the weed intake, in a positive way if you will.
So when you stop, you have to correct your other vices aswell.
Of course, getting your dreams back will fuck up a few nights, as you can wake up a lot, sleep 10 hours and not feel rested, and it can be pretty tough if you have shit to do.
But do not underestimate the mental aspect.
The dream/memory problematic is also amplified if you shun demons for a long time, which is the case for most drug addicts.
Dreams can be nightmares, and you can feel overwhelmed by memories, things you had hidden for too long, etc..
It can be really tempting to start again as sleep would seem more restorative with it, it's kind of a lie.
Dreaming is too important anyway, as it's your unconscious talking: you need to be aware of it.

I greened out on edibles and it made me a paranoid mess ever since. I tried two hits of a joint since and both instances made me paranoid, just not as bad as the first.

I don't understand why people even use weed. I got told it would help me relax and I stayed up shaking uncontrollably for 10 hours thinking I was gonna die. Every pothead has shitty memory and argues insecurely about anything and everything they can. Makes no sense.

I smoked cigarettes and used a nicotine spray to quit during the first few weeks. Once you get through the first few difficult days, you really have to focus on the things where you can see an improvement. It's not enough to just notice that you can breathe a little easier, that your nose is less congested, or that your sense of smell has improved, cough a little less or whatever. You have to be very aware of these things and observe them closely, because that's the only reliable way to recognize that something is changing, improving, and that you're on the right track and it's worth continuing. If you can't convince yourself that it's worth it, you won't stick with it. Why am I not smoking again? Because right now my sleep is so much better and my breathing is better (which makes a huge difference if you train it). For the first time in my life my biceps veins are popping and I get sick pumps without taking a pwo. I'm not a health fanatic and I still do unhealthy shit and other drugs, but the point is, right now I am experiencing "gains" that are worth more to me than consuming nicotine.

Idk about you and zyn but starting alternate day fasting immediately let me get my energy drink habit under control.

That thing was too big to be called a blunt. Too big, too thick, too sticky and too icky, it was more like a large hunk of butanese shadow garden purple kush

I know I've seen this picture before, without the zyn, but I'm intrigued by it now. What is it? Does anyone know? Are they Irish?
>>
>>77059869
>so the tapering is useless and counter productive
This is a very ignorant comment. Go ahead and look up the cold turkey success rate from quitting cigarettes then come back.
