Listen to this guy, eat more indigestible cellulose so that your gut bacteria that's not evolutionarily adapted to break it down shits the bed even more and fills you up with gases
I wonder if all fiber shills have some sort of fart fetish

you should go get a colonoscopy, the rates of colon cancer are skyrocketing. The official medical advice used to be get it done every year after 50 and they dropped it down to 40 recently and there are shitloads (heh) of cases in guys in their 30s finding out they've got it.
you might be dying my nigga

>visit my parents for their birthday
>eat their food
>it's all fried shit
>feel pain in my stomach and bowel for days
>shit is sticky and unpleasant
>even specks of blood in it
>they eat like this all the time
idk wtf is wrong with people no matter how delicious it is (it's mid) it isn't worth feeling like death
if you want good gut health then eat a lot of fibre and probiotics as well as staying hydrated
those are really the main things but secondary to that is avoiding fried foods, processed foods, excessively sweet or salty foods, and caffeine
tertiary to that is just general micro and macro stuff like don't eat crazy amounts of protein and remember to eat fruit and vegetables
green tea helps my stomach a lot but sometimes it can make me a little gassy until i shit and get out whatever was upsetting it

>It is literally indigestible
No, its NEARLY indigestible. Which means more microbacteria interaction than with inert matter.
But yes, it do not interact with the gut biome properly. It merely forces what is eaten to be digested slower, resulting in less runny shits.

>whole foods
Raw veggies is not enough
The only reason to eat "whole foods" is that eating tendies, fries or potato chips will get you "the runs" after a few days, due a lack of digestion resistance.
Pizza will last you bit longer, but the xantum-gum artificial dough is hard on the stomach, and even partially risen dough will get you iron deficiency after 2-3 months as a mono diet.
>add more organ meat and eggs
Those do nothing for the microbiome, they are there for protein and nutrition ratio.
