How tf can my muscles be so imbalanced? I managed to press 25kg dumbbell with right arm for 3 reps, than try the same with left arm and couldn't do even 1 rep, recorded video to maybe analyze technique and didn't see any difference, then spent half an hour trying to squeeze at least one rep from the left arm (and it's my dominant arm).
Guess i'm gonna have to lower the weight until the imbalance is corrected.

GUYS I DID IT
The proper technique for 100% delt activation was to try to internally rotate your shoulder on the way up. I did it with right arm (subconsciously) but not wit the left. Now it's equal.

Sounds like your brain is imbalanced, you're pressing with your left arm in the video and failing with your right arm. Also your form is terrible with the rotation, lower the weight and do a strict press holding the dumbbell in-line with your body
