I'm guessing this means I shouldn't do squats and deads? maybe this is why deadlifts disable me for a couple days hmm. how do I strengthen my back muscles then, since I have like dogshit posture. do i just wait to lose weight?

>foid
no
>cropped tits
yes. although that wasn't me, the scans i got from the lab themselves had the tits cropped out. good move by them desu because seeing the back fat has fucked me up, i don't think I could take the front fat cutaway

The overall alignment looks fairly straight. No obvious severe scoliosis or major vertebral slippage (spondylolisthesis) jumps out on this single view.
The spinal cord looks continuous and centrally located. The bright CSF column around it appears preserved along most levels, which usually suggests no severe central canal stenosis at a glance.
Several discs appear a bit flattened with reduced height, especially toward the lower thoracic / upper lumbar region. That’s commonly seen with degenerative disc changes, particularly with age.
There are mild posterior disc bulges at a few levels (they subtly indent toward the canal), but I don’t see an obvious large herniation crushing the cord on this image alone.
Heights look generally maintained. No clear compression fracture is obvious on this slice.

there is no water in several of those discs. this is absolutely a case of degenerative disc disease

Wtf, why is the spine so thin?

Also that curve in your tailbone, what the fuck? That must be a birth defect.

Ultimately you're really just rolling the dice when you dead left and squat heavy. A lot of people don't have problems at all but if you have any type of imbalance that you didn't even know about you're looking at snap city eventually. All it takes is one bad rep and you're looking at multiple years of recovery.

I'm about a year and a half into a disco bulge that I'm still dealing with the consequences of from a single bad deadlift. I no longer squat or do deads. I personally don't think it's worth it unless you're competing
