I've had it all my life. Since being a child, being a bloated fat retard and then to being fit. but lifting has definately made them more defined.
I have to say, when I was fat I was still strong. As I was moving alot and working doing manual labour. So I was fat but it wasn't sloppy.

Yes, fat distribution genetics + oblique genetics. Go look at bodybuilders. Obviously the obliques have a similar shape, but their adonis belt isn't overdeveloped. They have no fat so it's flatter. In the best case it's like comparing fat man calves to the calves of someone with good genetics like Dorian Yates or Arnold they're different things.

gaming at the expense of training makes you sedentary and being sedentary with a bad diet makes you fat
you can have some gaming after lifting as a treat, or even between sets if you've got a home gym in your home office

Anon, you’re arguing with a demoralizer. It’s a waste of energy. He is not engaging in good faith.
You already want visible oblique lines. He is trying to make you doubt your own sense of aesthetics. Recall the facebook boomer quote about bees and houseflies.

Get behind me, archonite. I invoke “post body”.
