How meaningless is your life that you make up retarded shit like this and post it on an anime pedo image board just you can "btfo the powershitters"?
I've never even seen a "powershitter" in my life but you are obsessed with them and make threads about it all day

>me: I've never even seen a powershitter
>you: YOU ARE A POWERSHITTER AHHHHH!!!!!!
It really must be some sort of mental illness where you see imaginary powershitters every where you go.
In some people it seems to manifest in a political thing where they think every one else is an actual Nazi.

Which has more practical use?
>being able to lift a very heavy object
or
>being able to push your bodyweight off the ground 50 consecutive times
>>
>>
>>
>>77180390
>lift heavy object and fall over
>do push ups and body slam the fat tard on his head
gee, tough question. muscle men dont enter in combat sports because theyre fat shits who cant functionally do anything besides hold a bar up with weights on it.

This anon gets it. Other than proving you won't die in the 6 part longevity assessment its basically a useless exercise if you COULD do it.

Lmao guy had biceps the size of Baseballs and under 10% bodyfat. He is an absolute legend and if /fit/ followed him over SS in the late 2000s things wouldve turned out so different

He prescribed dips often in his workouts. He had sold out seminars in like 12 different countries with people asking him the same questions over and over. When you help an Olympian beat the reigning gold champ more than a few times people start to notice. He also had every book on strength published from 1910 onwards in his personal library with like 6 different languages he could read. To say you can't learn from someone like that is more an indictment on you than him. Rest in Power king thanks for training my mentor.

Not really a comparison worth talking about.
I can do about 80 pushups in about three minutes. I also am 220lbs. Like the other guy said what powerlifter are we talking about?
Because yeah a 220lb powerlifter should literally lift more than I do. He is training towards a goal in a small handful of events, sometimes it's literally just the one event.
I would expect a 220lb powerlifter trying to reach a benching record to lift more than I do.
I would expect that in any situation though, independent of how many pushups I do. I don't train to reach goals.
I think I lift 3pl8+50 on bench for 1rm.
Looking at scores the amateurs have a few people below me and a few people above me.
I feel like that checks out.

Shut the fuck up with your awkward brownskin ebonic cope you small piece of shit. Fucking absolutely disgusting you walk around looking like something a woman could rape. Utterly disrespectful to your family. Get the fuck off /fit/ and go back to /r/scrawnyfags. I can't believe we have to look at you disabled suckerfish in public. Disgusting little turkey necks and shiny synthetic fiber shirts with armpit stains from your faggot "parkour" workout jumping down stairs like a ten year old. Makes me sick.

Pushups, pull ups, chin ups and burpees are golden. That's my lane. I look up to a lot of guys at my gym that surprise me with the insane bench they do and know that I would never even get close. I have no chest but that's ok. It's ok to be different.

I think it's pretty good, but I don't like consider it amazing or really noteworthy.
Problem people on /fit/ don't realize is that activity tends to make you well rounded.
If you weigh 200lbs and you hike a lot for instance.
You will build big legs/calves on the simple fact you're 200lbs and doing lots of volume.
You might not be as strong as someone who just trains legs on that volume, but by just being active you almost always end up relatively comparable.
Which checks out from my experience also, i don't train legs at all and still have standard squats/deadlifts for my weight just because i'm active.
strength is accumulative also, longer you are active the stronger you usually become

I don't think there's a good reason behind it desu I just like being "strong" and seeing my numbers go higher and higher and higher, it means I am progressing and getting better. Like beating a video game high score.
I don't see how climbing a ledge will ever be beneficial in the modern age, I won't ever need that skill.
But yea being overly fat feels disgusting, I wouldn't want to go over 20% bf, I wouldn't mind having as much muscle mass as possible though a looking freaky.
