1/3. 30, 6', 230lbs. Have run Texas method since December. Lifts: 190/310/?/460 for OHP/BP/BS/DL, 5*5 weight on squats is 3 plates. Haven't went for a single. Aiming for 500lb deadlift this week after failing 480 a month ago. Can still do 8 chins and 60sec farmers walk with 125lb DBs in each hand. Haven't focused on hypertrophy, just strength. Can run a 5k comfortably.

Been exercising everyday, i only use machines but at least i started.

Body weight exercises everyday and for cardio I do grappling 3 times a week and off days I walk 5 miles or use an air bike

no you are not stuck, but you are in a bad spot. would suggest lifting to build muscle to boost your metabolism. i wouldn't worry so much about counting calories as much as choosing high protein foods that are low in fat and sugar. focus on your willpower and discipline right now. what you think is hard enough is not hard enough. when you start seeing results, reflect on what you're doing and you'll start to get it. start taking psyllium fiber, it will help you with your weight loss and it's the only cheat code available.

You dont have any muscle under that fat to cut to. Stop dropping your calories and instead start lifting real weights with progressive overload (nothing wrong with calisthenics per se, but they're the least efficient way to build muscle). For diet, eat mostly whole foods with high protein, and eat to satiety. You can track your calories to stay in the habit for when its eventually time to cut again, but dont base how much you eat off of your calorie tracker. Eat when hungry, stop when full. Do that until you hit ~1/2/3/4 or stall out trying. By that time you should have enough muscle on your frame to do an aggressive 6-8 week cut (if youve been tracking calories you should have a good idea of how much you need to eat to lose your desired amount of weight per week). Wrap that up, and go back to maintenance or even a small surplus if you find your lifts are stuck. Do that for a few months, then cut again. Lather, rinse, repeat until you're <20% bodyfat.

It's probably still diet, my man. Be brutally honest with yourself about what you're eating. Try cutting out aspartame and switch to monkfruit if possible (redbull w/ monkfruit is great for caffeine), read ingredients and start avoiding any basedbean oils, seed oils, etc. Spend a few extra bucks on quality. Whole foods when possible. Hit up /ck/ for some great advice. You're way closer than you think to making it.

Like an 800 calorie deficit? Currently eating 1800 calories. Ate like 1900-2000 for most of the cut
Strength has gone up or remained the same in most exercises. The only big regress i noticed were hack squats (down by 10kg), but I couldnt do them for a while cuz I had a bad knee. 1800 calories a day (which i've been consistently doing for only like a week and a half) is starting to negatively impact my sleep and training sessions in a noticeable way so i might increase them again...
Skinny but happier with my body.

Quit drinking in december and tried to dial in fasted cardio with intermittent bulking to shred fat and maintain strength starting in Jan. Managed to lose abt 17lbs of fat, only gained strength somehow but not as fast as I want.
Want to drill down further, I'm guessing 170lbs would be closer to 11% and look decent because I fucking hate this torso fat but my arms look so damn wiry.
Currently moving back onto a slight surplus on calories and I'm going to see if keto-induced recomp is actually thing and if I can finally break 3pl x 8 on diddly.
Legs currently strong based off of symmetric strength stats and upper body is proficient but I absolutely need more torso and arm mass at this height and wingspan.

You probably aren't producing enough testosterone. Lay off the IPA's and the onions. Eat more red meat. Cut carbs and starches way down. Quit eating junk food. Eat meat, fruits, and vegetables instead. Start lifting heavy. I recommend 5x5 sets. If you want to get better, you gotta start reading the list of ingredients on the things you eat. If you don't know what an ingredient is, don't eat it.

I think you're just skinnyfat. Get on a good bodybuilding program, not one that has you doing 1 million sets like you're on roids but a classic silver-era program with a full body workout 3 times a week using a double progression scheme. Progress will be slow-ish but if you're consistent you won't believe what you will look and feel like in a year.
Diet wise, I suggest learning to water fast for longer periods, starting with 16 hours and going further each time, maybe once every month to start. This creates big deficits that are hard to undo with any one meal. I also suggest learning to cook if you don't already and finding some recipes that you actually want to eat, that are filling, and which have good macros. Potatoes are your friend, as long as you don't deep fry them or some shit obviously, and so are lean meats, Greek yogurt, and veggies.

Really unhappy with my physique this year I’ve had so many weddings and social activities to attend I haven’t been able to dial back the drinking an eating at all and that’s not going to be changing. Trying to tell myself it’s important to live life but I’m kind of depressed that il never be at my peak again as I turn 30 in June.
Working overtime as well I’m not gyming as much it’s a vicious cycle.
I’m hoping if I can cut a bit il be more confident but I’m nowhere near as big as in the past. My arms have literally dissolved I think it’s related to starting finasteride before Christmas.
PS look at my fucking hips
It’s ogre bros.
I’m marrying the LOML in summer tho so maybe il transition to bald dad bod mode

I look way worse in photos, it's incredible. you guys must be really good in real life.
I'm 34, 183cm x 79-80kg, I train mostly weighted pull ups, climbing, and do some weighted dips and handstand press for overall balance. No idea what's my bodyfat percentage since I never dieted or did cuts and bulks

I don't know what the fuck happens but every time I take a picture of myself the lighting makes it seem like I am completely DYEL when in reality without taking pictures I look moderately good, I'd go as far as saying that I look better than half of the people that have posted on here so far. Why do cameras not capture my gains properly? I am legitimately confused, it definitely has something to do with the lighting that in itself is pretty obvious too but I look way better in real life without cameras.
