How the fuck do you cross seed? I downloaded the latest fallout episode off pirate bay, it only differs slightly from the TL in that it didn't contain the sample and some nfo files and subs, i downloaded those, forced recheck and added the TL torrent into the same directory and it's not seeding or counting towards seed time or anything.

is it the same filesize? does it have metadata? is the release group the same? is the download method same?

i had similar problems with cross-seeding in the past, if it's uploaded by a determined user, you might have luck asking them to share the files via other methods, some trackers are shitty about this, but some aren't and it's still fully dependent on the uploader.

if it's some popular/well-seeded shit, why bother?

Since it's TL, just wait until next global freeleech. Seriously, they happen so often even an Indian would be satisfied.
