Problem for me is that so very few artists nowadays care about the actual set up, and use the same lazy done to death tropes with no development.
Even worse is when an artist does an original or interesting set up, but he either is not good enough at his drawing or worse doesn’t go all the way with it and feels more like a tease.

I can only remember some manga with ntr like Boys On the Run, also while I couldn't remember it quite well, I think Hetakoi has some NTR (it has happy ending though). I bet there are a lot more josei manga that depict it. For example Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo is about a woman who married her second love, but then she met her first love and began to have an affair. It's dark and depressing though, and the manga is licensed but I can't find the rip. There's a J-Drama adaptation about it.

If you like Netorase, I recommend with the classic novel by Junichiro Tanizaki, "Kagi" or "The Key". The writing is really good. There's an Italian film adaptation of it too.
