lemme show you the old days before modern judicial practices. there's a reason why death row prisoners get to file infinite appeals and you can't execute retarded people, underage kids, or people who did something less than 1st degree murder now, and why jury members have to be a fair demographic representation of the community. because this is what used to happen.
