That's probably because the guy tuning it isn't ryo himself, not so much the V6. I don't think V6 has a mature tone by default, from what I know at least.

I’ve been listening to KorunduM (2019) album. ALL of the tracks are Meiko and Kaito duets (no solo) and famous producers such as shu-t and yanagi participated here.

All of the tracks are good but if I had to choose my favorite are プロムナアド by yanagi (aah, kimi to sugosu~ uuu~) and “El sol y la flor” by Natsumi (it’s unusual for Kaito and Meiko to sing upbeat). Honorable mention is マチマチスンダー by Yukitsuki because it’s cute. Machimachi sunda~

It also packed with pretty illustrations by artists CAFFEIN, Miozaki, Kariya Akane, Tadasuke, etc.

This is a good album if you want to know more Nenchougumi a.k.a Meiko + Kaito duets other than “Tsugai Kogarashi” and “On the Rocks”

This is a nothing criticism, but there's no connection to the mikuexpo theme song and the theme they've been using for all the branding. The branding is a cute miku in a cute candy dress and the song is Y2K computer stuff and radio towers with dark colors. I just wish there was a little more synergy there.
