Palmia is a breakaway kingdom from Mayroon to gaurd Lesimas and to end the war between Myroon, Juere, and Zanan who all wanted to control Lesimas because they believed it contained something important as all text and research in the Nefia pointed back to Lesimas.
It wasn't until Eulderna intervened, studied Lesimas, lied and said nothing was in there and created Palmia as a buffer nation under the guise of ending the war to protect Lesimas and continue the lie that there was nothing found in it.

We know a little, like we know that Juere is a literal shithole, Zanan is more of a traditional fantasy kingdom, we don't know anything about Lothria and they seem to be the Switzerland of Tyris and keep to themselves.
Karune was fantasy Japan but was destroyed by the etherwinds.
Vindale has a forest were the Elves live and the etherwinds are said to originate from there.
Yerls is basically the cyberdome but the whole continent, think of it as fantasy America.
We know nothing about Cyronia and Faso
The only nation we know about on Mar Nys Fara is Eulderna and they are basically fantasy Russia because all they do is power project.
Kardia is also completely unknown other than Monterniberre might be a Hispanic or Spanish analog if we go by the name.

If you read the extra material on the Japanese lore wiki and check the art book, there are some hints here and there, like Zanan using genetically engineered manticores as attack beasts or them exporting armaments and medicine, as well as Saimore's research institute. Alternatively, the Mayroon palace is supposedly carved into a glacier, which says something about the level of engineering and technology needed to do that.

It's a whole bunch of inference and mostly a combination of schizo tech so common to JRPGs, but some informed guesses can be made.

Everything the Juere are said to do or said to value is what the stereotypical adventurer does or values, and them being the most generic baseline 'balanced' race reinforces it. The issue comes in when Adventurers make up for being annoying thieving hobos by doing quests and helping out townsfolk, whereas being helpful to host populations is NOT something the Juere are known for, as a race. That's the one part that's not spread to the whole population, but it's unfortunately also the only thing that makes people tolerate Adventurers.

In the lore the Elea are immune to the etherwind due to them being a magical race, so they could have helped with the evacuation, they could have coordinated the evacuation of Karune, they could have helped people move stuff and loved ones. They could tell people to abandon what they were doing and run for shelter and they could then bring the stuff to them? They could have fed and given water to shelters that had none or were running low, they could have gone and fetched family members who were too slow, too old, or too young to reach the shelter in time. There's a lot they could have done but they didn't.

Vorpal is a % chance to ignore armor rating. It's one of the only things that is 1-for-1% and is why guns are fucking busted as shit, since gun modifications include Vorpal as an option and can easily be slotted into a gun with the 5-6 slots good guns have.
