There is no other moons Anon. Equestrian planet is a geocentric system, with a small sun, barely larger than the moon, powered by magic, rather than nuclear, like ours. It orbots the planet along with the moon.
And the whole planet is a free-floating one in the middle of an empty space in the universe

And Luna can't actually rearange the distant stars. Her magic allows her to bend their light, so they appear in different places (ot drives the astronomy ponies mad kek)
She likes to arrange new constelations for special events. There is a new tradition for Hearts Warming Eve, after Lunas return, where foals go stargazing and look for special festive constelations.

Nah I think the idea of it being just an illusion is retarded... Celestia and Luna actually do have a power to move the sun and moon and the idea of it just being a dumb curse is weird... Like what? You cross the border and its suddenly day? Why would the sun in Equestria feel hot, when its actually not there?

I do like the idea of there being moon plants and smol moon creatures tho! Would make the moon a more interesting place to visit and talk about with Luna!

Moon rotates throughout the day so that she is always facing our moon, and the phases of the moon beneath her also rotate, lining up whatever the current phase is with that notch at the bottom.
She does kinda spend the mornings staring into the corner of the room, but... at nighttime, she keeps watch over me, so long as I'm in the living room.

Trying the equestria project still. For reference- last attempt I kinda "fell through space."
Today, Almost got out. Got REALLY close a few minutes ago. Started seeing the hypnagogic colours/etc mentioned in document. Was in 3D black for a few seconds.
Only thing that really held me back is I keep having this twitch on my nose area and it disrupts me so bad.
Gonna keep trying today.

Scrungly luna made it, but she smells like ASS and is covered in pet hair and what I can only assume is residue of being cuddled for many years by someone who doesn't know what a shower is, so she has been unstuffed, I'm probably just gonna throw the stuffing out (or burn it), and tonight I'm taking her to the laundromat to be subjected to the horrors of the washing machines.
Not sure if I'll put her through the dryer or not, but once she's clean I'll re-stuff her with some nicer stuffing, patch up any stitches that seem fucked, and then she should be good! She's much bigger than pictures would imply, she just needs some help is all...

Thanks anon, I must admit I mostly bought her because the idea of a large 5 dollar luna was too good to pass up, and I certainly need to take a lint roller to her to get the rest of the hair off, but I like her, she's unique, someone cared enough to make her and someone else clearly slept with her every night for probably years until giving her up. She's probably been pretty lonely ever since.
You'll be able to come give her a boop if you'll be at neighcon or sunshine, I'll be at both and I'm certainly going to squish her into the car with the rest of my mares just to see what people think of her at the plush meets.

You cant throw a big plushie in a washing machine, she would either get torn into pieces, or IF she survives, he would be full of water and it would be hard to dry her, before the humid stuffing starts smelling bad.
Alternatively you have to remove the stuffing. I know some plishies are made with a zipper for that, but not mine unfortunately.

So.... Finally got a light. It was a kind of beige/yellow colour. Not super bright but it was THE light
After that, I shot out into space or a void.
I didn't make it to any equestrias, but I was out in some weird places. The first place was like an ocean or something. It was filled with these gigantic, bioluminescent amoeba like things. They were squirming and moving around almost like jellyfish, if they were slightly more mobile.
I didn't get much time here, I ricocheted from there to some odd forested area. It was close to midnight, and there were these humanoid creatures in a pack. They looked odd, to say the least. I think they were hunting something? Or maybe they were just relaxing...? It was weird, definite sort of pack-animal behaviour.
Eventually that collapsed and I was just meditating normally. With the additional benefit that it felt really, really good.
Gonna keep trying for equestria. I'll keep you guys updated.
