Need some input because I can't find the relevant ruling: someone casts a multi-target spell like Hex, targeting 2 creatures from each opponent, each having only 2. Opponent A uses a redirect effect. Can he redirect one of the targets on his creature to one of the creatures already targeted controlled by opponents B or C? Or does it have to be a creature that hasn't been targeted at all yet?

Gut feeling says the latter, but need some way to make sure

Unban Mana Crypt

I bought a bunch of planeswalkers and planeswalker support cards to turn my Atraxa deck into a super friends deck.
The prices for all those cards are all pretty low right now, so I figure planeswalker strategies are unpopular / not broken right now.
I realise I'm not original by any means, but I'm excited about it because the deck will be so different from any of my own or my friends I play with.
