Finally got the buzzmod Ryuko and figma 2a, haven't play with female figures for a while.

I think Ryuko is fine for the most part but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. What I don't like the most is the proportion, she is usually drawn with longer troso and smaller head than her design sheet so that she can look more cool and dynamic, but the figure is like that obviously. The articulation is a lot better than average school uniform figma but the arms and shoulders still needs more range. The jacket upperbody really isn't that usefull and I would rather have a alternative dynamic hair parts instead.

Even though I really liked the nier game and character designs when it launched, but I don't feel like really want to play the figs due the supper long legs with wheels, they are hard to balance for standing and posing. The figs are still very nice and joints feel good, though mine 2a got some bad gq like white lines on chest, had to scrape
them off.

I am about to open them now. I've watched plenty of reviews of him so the main recurring issues seem to be: he is short for Cyclops, so he is undersized height wise against marvel legends if that bothers you, his visors fit very shallowly into his faces so the effects can fall out easily (though I have seen some people fix this with heat), sometimes his hair can be loose on some figures and his ab crunch/articulation isn't that great. I'll give me opinion in the SHF thread once I've had a play with him, dunno if I'll do it tonight though, I might just mess with A2 for now. As I said I would in the last thread, here's Skull Knight. I have complaints, but they're kind of baked into the character design. It looks great, though. It lives up to the promo photos. It's more fun to look at than it is to pose, but it commands majesty and looks dramatic just standing there so I guess that's alright. Swapping out the hands isn't fun. The skirt armor is restrictive. Much more satisfying than Snake, though.

Having handled it I think it's more likely they'd pop off the armor than tear. As I said, that it's so restrictive is the disappointment. The figure doesn't feel fragile at all beyond some of the pointy bits which are among the sharpest details (literal) I've felt on an action figure.

Now that you are talking about joints, my A2 was almost perfect...except for the fucking right arm to torso joint. It's damn stuck.Triying to move the whole thing is a torture the worse thing is that the whole arm seems pretty gummy and loose except for the single ball attached to the torso, that thing is imposible, heating it makes it move but after cooling it returns to how it was. Already tried water and hair dryer...any tips?

Still no video reviews, but found this on reddit.
Looks like you can atleast remove the oversized jumper, so maybe the previous softgoods one can be used instead or 3p will make a different one.
To me the knees and ghost hands are the only improvements. Still no neck joint, she is shorter, there are less faces and the sculpt looks off, which is odd for figma as they usually do better than shf when it comes to faces.
tldr - The okarun was a better and cheaper upgrade than this. If you already have the shf and softgoods this isn't worth the price.

Yeah, that's my feelings on it too. Given how shit the Figuarts Okarun was and how good the Figma Okarun, I expected the Figma Momo vs SHF Momo to be a total blowout.
But the only thing the Figma really does better is the knees and the effect pieces. The soft goods are so meh that getting a cheaper SHF and giving that custom soft goods off aliexpress or ebay looks better than Figma's default soft goods.
