Non-American here. Are Neca struggling? I ask because I have been watching (no idea why) these pointless toy hunt videos that litter youtube and I notice that in every one there are masses of Neca figures unsold on the shelves of everywhere, Target, Ross, Walmart etc. Is it just a similar case of Hasbro with their Eternals/Wakanda/Acolyte waves that just peg insulate for all eternity and Neca just put out a bunch of unsellable figures at some point or is it a bigger, general issue?

I think it's due to lack of interest. They've pivoted focus to TMNT, and very childish IP. The hype you see online for sesame street and other such infantilized product is not indicative of the true market.
