This year is the 10th anniversary of Amazing Yamaguchi. Do you think they will do anything special for the occasion?

Venom is the logical upcoming candidate for 2.0 update. Deadpool was AY No.1, Spider-Man was 2, and Venom was 3. We have been getting tons of Symbiotes lately. But that to me feels like will impede sales more than being a lead up.

I'm not holding my breath but I wish the Yotsuba line would get a revival under Yamaguchi. I really want something wholesome and cute but updated articulation for a change. Revo Squid girl's body is really nice aside from the lack of waist articulation and limited chest range of motion.

But yeah, if Yotsuba doesn't work out then this would be nice too. All they need is change the abdomen and legs. Maybe add more accessories and decrease the weight of the torso while retaining its size and shape.

I was thinking a complete overhaul for Venom. Basically the current male AY body setup, will be like All Might size and proportions. Exactly what the bootleg is trying to do lol. I don't see it going any other way.

I won't object to an overhaul but it would be cool if they keep the articulated jaws, mouth and tongue. This was a really cool feature that stands out from the other Venoms. Also they should keep the huge arms.

Nah I went to watch a review of the figure on youtube after he said that (notice the time interval between his post and mine) and the review points out multiple qc issues. Eyes off, ball joints that pop out too easily, knees too loose, toe articulation too loose, etc.

Holy shit no joke I've been wanting this forever. Well before AY started but I gave up. Never thought it will happen. I was hoping when AY was all about superheroes they would shift towards Tatsunoko for the Japanese IPs but seemed unlikely. It would just be the Blade series but still a dream come true for me. All that China popularity paid off but still surprising with all the competition for Blade recently.

Oh they will be pricey, especially Evil. No doubt they wold be ABS which is costly for all the extra parts and assembly required. But they have too much mass to do it in PVC and have the joints hold up all that weight. Unless they make them really small like figma did. I just hope they stay under 20,000 yen.
