Which leaves the Riverlands in complete chaos as everyone starts murdering the Freys and trying to horde and steal enough to survive the winter.

Which leaves Kings Landing with none of the kingdoms able or willing to feed it, and no money to buy imports and no credit since everyone is either broke, overextended or fucking hates them.

Kevan or not, the entire situation is completely fucked.
