wanted to quit at first because of how dogshit it was trying to find players for the story mission and other grinding bullshit, but after doing it and getting enough gold for the bounty hunter license, the grind became somewhat tolerable and I eventually got to level 30 and unlocked the outfit, it only took a few days too
got less 100 hours clocked in so far and already at level 75 and all I have left to unlock is the moonshiner role

In retrospect that screenshot actually ISN'T bad. That might have been about as close to the image of Diana as I could have gotten in the limits of the game (and my character). I did an emote and got the end of the animation for a unique pose, and the arm in the back, almost looks like it could have been her hand resting against the glass, creating an illusion, so it worked out. You can attack with it solo now, previously you needed a 2nd person to man the weapons and was limited for stealth surprise kills if you flew solo.
I suppose you can use it as a flying tank, it can absorb way more hits than other flying vehicle, I've seen some ytubers shill it as good for hanger missions or what not.
Also you get two sets of military themed missions if you buy some terminal inside, you need it if you want the discount on Raiju, but it's the kindof thing that isn't worth it if you only care about the price since buying an Avenger+ will cost way more than the trade price, but it's content so I got it.

I wish there was something like real time robberies you could interact with. Like, a bank that's always open to be robbed by anyone in the lobby you're in, and you could participate in the robbery, or kill the robbers and take their money, or maybe fight alongside the cops to try to kill/capture the robbers idk. Just something that justifies staying in the lobby other than dumb meaningless dynamic events like "fly through the air hoops".

Cayo is probably faster but speedrunners have some pretty crazy tricks for dre as well. Damage the heli as it takes off from the mansion in the one party set up (don't remember what it was called) and then commit suicide, and the checkpoint is such that you'll end up at the crash cutscene and spawn at the bridge, for example. There are a few of those in the game and there's a name for it I don't remember. How fast are you doing it? That's absurdly quick. Took me longer but I must admit I'm not heavily experienced with cluckin bell. I can get cayo perico done in 50 minutes if things go right. It's a shame they nerfed it's payouts on the mercs update but it's still in the upper echelon.

You can do 2 Cayos in one hour with two people that know what they're doing and you're making 3 mil if you take 85% of the cut both times, you can alternative just take turns and it's the fastest less stressing way to make a lot of money.
There is a reason you farm Cayo and not the original Heists or Casino, the final part can be done in 11 minutes possibly less based on luck and coordination, that's simply the easiest heist, same with Dre, the final mission is super easy, but it's really long to set up compared to cayo, Dre also has a "Bug" dont know if rockstar fixed it but basically you can get paid twice in one Dre Heist if you know the trick.

Oh shit, I didn't even compute your full post in my first reply. Yes they are both much faster the second times. All of the story stuff like mini Madrazzo is done with and some of the missions are no longer necesarry. The first time is always long and a slog but after that you're free to grind it up. No more golf carts with Franklin.

Cayo is a bit different from the Dre contract in that it doesn't have the same ludonarrative dissonance. You aren't really repeating any story each time you do it. The dialogue changes to be in accordance with you striking it again.

and if you're solo by the way, you can have 2 characters per account. They don't own the same stuff, but they share the bank account of your first character. Heist cooldowns aren't shared between them so you can actually go without a cooldown once within the span of whatever the cooldown is for your first character you do the heist on. You'll obviously have to buy another kosatka (and a sparrow, you basically need that to save time). DON'T buy a sea sparrow seperate. The sparrow is an upgrade for your kosatka in the kosatka section of cache and carrym, might be obvious but worth saying (speaking of which don't buy a brickade for the acid lab, you get the actual acid lab from First Dose missions). There are a lot of tricks you can use, but once you get the basics down you can do cayo perico in about an hour every time. It can vary.

I hope that for GTA6 the interiors for the cars are really well done, like on the level of Crew Motorfest (and maybe even better). No generic interiors for widespread classes of cars (each car has its own unique interior), the hands are animated (changing gears, changing radio stations, etc), full multi-turn steering wheel so if you do a sharp U-turn you'll see the steering wheel turn 2.5-3x, and etc. I love this immersive shit.

Yup. Some of the newer cars added to GTAV do look better interior-wise so I do have hope that GTA6 will probably look amazing, but playing some modern day racing games has spoiled me. I hope Rockstar doesn't sleep on this because cars are a really important part of Grand Theft AUTO after all.

What is your verdict? Are there non-stop problems with mod menu griefers and people with infinite health killing everyone? What percentage of your playtime has been smooth sailing where you can just sell your businesses and shit without much worry?

Technically the mirrors work with ray tracing, the problem is that the texture is fucked and you know Rockstar will never bother to fix it.
I think BikiniAnon had a webm of it, showing the mirror not working and then chrome painting working. They're basically the same thing, like I said, only problem is that the texture is warped so it doesn't work.
Funny thing is that a few cars the texture is fine, I think the Tornado is one of them, I have a screenshot comparing but fuck me if I'm gonna find it.

So in my experience, the experience you'll have in a lobby with other players, usaully makes itself clear before you do anything. Are there people killing each other everywhere and constant explosions? Expect a chaotic time. Those might be bad sport lobbies for all I know, though I don't do much to get in any. Most of the time, it's rather relaxed. Even then you can tell when the conflicts are confined, just have to test the waters, but when it's literally every other player you'll probably find yourself in it's midst. It's less of a mess than I remember before. Sales, I do MAINLY in public lobbies. It goes well for me MOST of the time. If a vehicle does happen to get blown up I just join a new session quickly and try again. I like the public lobby bonus. I even had a guardian raiju follow me and protect me during a nightclub sale. I'm always going to be using otr and ghost org. The rest is just praying. Public lobbies are an interesting time, but if you aren't experienced, and you haven't learned the various possibilities of pvp you could be a sitting duck.

Cut outs don't typically happen for me. It's much more rare, thankfully, on enhanced. My theory is that the modders on legacy were overloading the sessions and taxing bandwidth. The only times I've had cut outs were on heists, mainly in the casinos tunnel of doom. I've considered using an ethernet cable to see if it maybe makes a difference.

Beyond this, public lobbies are an interesting experience. You can do a lot with pvp.

I was sent to some random public lobby trying to do the casino heist yesterday and some fully tatted out guy in underwear having a shootout with the cops just intentionally came to me despite me not walking or moving towards him or engaging, just standing in the parking outside the casino (I was sending a message) and he just came and killed me.
It doesn't even matter if you don't want to bother to involve yourself with others, troublemakers will follow you no matter what because they have nothing to do and the moment you respond in kind by trying to kill them they immediately hide somewhere instead of just simply fighting you.
Public lobbies loves chaos because Rockstar grinded out the brains of the people to just be extremely awful users, the stupid mental status bar is meaningless, the bounties are meaningless, so being a griefer in the complete term of the word has 0 punishment.
So the solution is pure isolationism from the bad players aka the public lobbies.
But these are just my musings.

I would had been happier with just more clothing options that aren't shitty BIGGNESS louzy type of clothing, many suits don't have matching jackets, the skinny suit pants look ridiculous and gay, the other types of pants look like they hang too much and they're not cut and fit to your leg, except the Chinos but the Chinos don't have the same color as most suit jackets and vests, nor comes with a belt.

Anybody have experience with mod menus on PC enhanced?
I have been thinking about getting one because despite being totally legit and the only thing hacked about my account are like 10 grand a modder dropped on me 4 years ago, but for some reason, Cockstar doesnt allow me to migrate to enhanced. And since i already put 3000 hours into this game grinding and buying everything, I dont wanna do that ever again, so Id use it only to cheat money and vehicles in and then not use it anymore. I dont wanna get banned though, so does anyone have any recs? One dude recommended the "Scooby" menu but id rather get a second opinion before doing anything.

I never even sampled them ever, anything beyond bunker spare parts, payphone hits, and contracts, save for things that can be done in about a minute, I tend to ignore. Still might mix it up from time to time but they aren't useful for grinds.

I would guess they are setting a precedent for lowing the bar to an equivalent level in gta6. gtao is kind of an experiment as far as rockstar's scheme goes, gta online wasn't a fully thought out plan, the system emerged on the spot, and 6 obviously won't be the same.

What made it better? I didn't play back then. I've only seen videos of the game from the earlier days. Given the more barren nature of it I imagine it probably lent itself to people getting more creative about making their own fun since there wasn't so much in the game to compartmentalize players and funnel them off. Given the relative scarcity of money then, it probably also meant less reliance on explosive weaponry, and without all of the new weaponized vehicles I bet it was more relaxed and less stressful. Less arbitrary too. I like what the game has more or less, but there's no denying the additions completely terraformed (or terrorformed) the games metas.

how do you remove your top?

1) have your desired outfit on
2) put on a bullet proof helmet
3) put on a chemical mask (in the gas mask section)
4) start the Rockstar created job (in the mission list from 'play a job') called "A Titan of a Job"
5) Once your in the mission, you should see the shirt removed underneath your jacket
6) Go to a ammu-nation and go to outfits and save your current outfit
7) Exit the mission
8) In free roam now, go to a clothing store and choose a new hat/mask/glasses and now save over the outfit again

And that's it. You can remove or change the glasses/mask/hat/helmet after that if you want

NTA and I don't agree with him but I did play back then. All I remember is driving around with a buddy of mine and shooting other people. I am surprised that GTA Online ever became a big hit to begin with. The biggest thing was owning a Zentorno and that means you grinded a bunch of shitty missions that paid out coppers until you got it (or you just bought it with real life money).

The businesses in single player are pretty much the things that nobody touches until they run out of missions. It's surprising that online is so crammed with them.

I had to search for a new lobby 10 times to find one with a vacant CEO spot. Maybe for GTA6 Rockstar can add a server browser that says “27 players, 8 CEOs” “23 players, 3 CEOs” and etc so we don’t waste our time with this shit (or just come up with a better system for this altogether).

The problem is most people claim the CEO or Biker President role for its special abilities, not recruiting a crew to run around with. The real solution would be to let people use those abilities whenever (and rebalance a bunch of them), so people are only a CEO when they want to recruit other players, but its too late in the game's lifecycle to think about implementing that.
