Fortnite x Overwatch rumored to be coming at the start of Fortnite's chapter 7 season 2, which launches on March 4th. Because it is coming at the start of a new season, there is a possibility that some of the skins will be part of the battle pass. Well Vendetta's the new character they'd want to market so her sword could work. Fortnite has a lot of sword weapons with flying movement abilities so it'd translate almost 1:1. Genji's blade would work for the same reason and that's more normie recognizable. The new thing this season is boss characters you can kill and then transform into, and the game has movement items that function similarly to Tracer's blinks, so they could just add her as a boss character and allow you to play as her with her blinks and gun. The Dva mech idea anon mentioned is also good.

With the healing i thought about letting your teammates know who the enemy healer is that is secretly healing your team to avoid killing that healer but that wouldn't be fair so it should be kept a secret, same with dps. also the secret dps enemy tagged could do reduced damage. With the sniper maybe having a kill under your belt as a cost to pay to use the ability and a highlight ring on the ground for the area the unseen sniper to shoot in for a short window of time would add more skill and fairness to the enemy i think. like if you stand in the obvious circle on the ground your kind of asking for it lol.

the healing kind of works like a voodoo doll, no loss of control of the enemy or anything. The idea plays into Max being rich enough to secretly hire someone on the enemy team to do his dirty work for him. Imagine Moira throwing out a healing orb that heals your team instead of hers making her more cautious to use it when max is in range, *max being in range like Lucio would make this more fair and add player skill to the ability.
