Zen has no self heal and his kick is useless. Adam shits out damage and has soul bond and 2 charges of high burst self heal, increasing his EHP to at least over 500. And the point you desperately want to miss is that Overwatch healers have way worse defensive options and self heal than in MR.
Vendetta is a million times better than some shit like IF, BP or whatever you cry yourself to sleep to. Same deal with Sombra, Genji, Reaper, Venture, Tracer.
For real, healers are so insanely strong in every regard in this game that it's like playing on easy mode, so I feel myself getting worse at playing healers by playing them because they are so overtuned.

Let me break this down for your smooth brain
Main healers' defensive tools are primarily about making space, not killing people. All the good divers (most of them) can either power through or reset incredibly easily. Every second a main healer has to spend trying to fight off a diver, which they can do if they're good, is a second they're spending not healing me, the main tank. With some divers, like daredevil or tank divers, even if they survive it will take so long to make him leave that DD has still won the fight even without getting a pick because i've been forced to give up all that space or die. Thus, someone needs to get the diver out of the backline or space is lost. As main tank i am literally only capable of giving the healer a bubble and maybe one shot before i have to turn back around and keep the other 4 to 5 people from collapsing in and making the situation worse. Thus it falls to one of the other 3 players, the off tank or DPS, to resolve the situation.
Their options are
>fuck up the enemy backline so it evens out
or
>protect our own backline then start shooting forward again
Here's where the issue arises, the average DPS tard is a fucking retard and cannot understand this dichotomy so they just uselessly flail at the enemy frontline, or are worse than the enemy diver and get no picks, and are then forced to confront their own retardation. Becoming the healer's bodyguard might win the game but it will hurt their ego so they would rather lose my game instead.
I just want the fucking C&D, who very likely is retarded and needs the handholding, to be able to keep holding M1 on me so if someone wants to climb they need to bite the bullet and hold her fucking hand. I would do it if anybody else would hold the frontline but nobody else does.

Almost every diver in this game doesn't care about positioning, they have the mobility or survivability to brute force their way into any position. Positioning matters most against poke but someone like spider-man has the highest mobility out of any non-arena shooter there is, there is nowhere the healers can actually stand to guard against good divers and also keep healing the frontline to prevent getting dove or even significantly mitigate it relative to the map. Relative to the team is a different story but that requires the team to be playing anti-dive picks like bucky to make that matter.

I have to say that this game is very stressful, Its really hard not to notice why you lose or what causes it.
I've spent a lot of time analyzing my gameplay and team compositions and I can honestly safely say its 90% of the time a support diff or there's some fuckery going on with healers or one of them.

Sometimes its easy to address right? because if supports are getting distracted by divers then the answer is peeling but other times you just cant help them because these aren't good players, they're not capable of doing anything other than tunnel visioning and healbotting whatever's infront of them and that shit alters the match so hard. Today I had an invis crash out because we asked him if he could play rocket and let someone else have invis and the dude took it so hard that he threw on damage. Its psychotic behavior, and I get it I know there are lot of inflated supports in higher ranks but it becomes super noticeable in Diamond/GM when you have guys who cant even do something as basic as self sustain.

This is true in all multiplayer games. The understanding comes from experience and watching replays from both sides. But the way you carry is the same in all games, be really good at killing enemies or create space, both is easiest with dps unless it's a moba and you gank with supports.

With the way Healing's designed in this game? No way. this could apply to league of legends or hell even Overwatch but ultimately healing is ruining this game so much that you can invalidate entire characters from a match. And just to add to this. This game balance is so fucking bad that any character that opposed and punished the low-risk high-reward supports on the roaster got nerfed or were powercrept by selfsustain buffs.

Giving CnD 60 HP from pressing one button is the most proposterous thing they've done recently, this change was such a good example of why the balance patches are fucking terrible. I cant even wrap my mind around why they feel the need to give healers so much survivability when all it does it make certain characters even worse and ever so slightly make the strongest ones less effective by single digit percentages which BARELY changes anything as seen with the way people are still banning Daredevil and Gambit.
