Just load up your racemenu, load your Raynia/Rena presets, swap the headpart for hipolyhead, then export the sculpt.
Then all you need to do is rename the nif to be the facegen filename, rename the headparts in the nif if you made them standalone, and fix the shader paths.

As for the hipolyheadpart, making that standalone will be simple simple, just copy it. Make sure to rename it in the nif though.

Should take 15 minutes to an hour at most depending on if it's your first time and you're being zeta slow

I could've sworn that one of these Synthesis patches has an option swapped the stat scaling of Dwarven and Orcish gear but now that I go to look for it I can't find it. I wanted to invert my previous selection as I found that you could access Dwarven gear before Orcish and it was stronger, rendering the latter pointless. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I like that they tried this but with every passing year it becomes more and more incoherent. We pretend the lore is deep because we have an explanation of how A is canon to B despite C but in reality bethesda can't even make up their mind about something as simple as the lifespan of mer.

One source will say they live for 3-4x the the lifespan of men, and then others will say that 200 is old. But then in Skyrim you'll have a character trying to mog you because he met Jiub while also being young/maybe middle aged in a field that would arguably age you faster than being a yam farmer.
