Potential returnfag here, played until maybe 2010 or so then came back briefly to try RS3 (Not into its gay WoW combat). My buddy finally dropped off from playing he did a group ironman and had a client called runelite with a bunch of plugins. I'm curious about playing through all of the quests from a fresh character and then probably quit, solo player for the most part. Any recommendations? OSRS from what I've seen isn't really old runescape 1 to 1. It looks like some sort of simplified or QoL flooded augment of the old RS. Plus I think it has the GE in it for some reason. I don't even really know what I'm asking other than thoughts on returning with a fresh nigga to play by myself. Oh no wait, how is Sailing that looked really weird when I came across some retard playing a sea locked playthrough.

Like are they on a timer like trees or go out after a certain amount of salvages?

Cause sometimes they respawn instantly and other times they don't so it's really confusing how they work.

i think theyre like trees but dont quote me on that

Yes retard people are playing a pvp game mode they don't really actually want to be playing because they want the cosmetic rewards.
Pvp in this game is predominately for faggot psychos and then a small portion of freaks that actually enjoy the dogshit, janky system of pvp combat where you take turns locking each other in place and walking under one another and otherwise abusing the mechanics of a 25 year old game.

I did 35 mediums from cannoning varrock roof (dropped a few), a few beginners & easies from random shit like skilling and the little bit of ardy zoo cannoning and that gave me 5 masters of which I competed 4. In total I got like 80 clogs from them. (5 beginner, 4 easy, 50 medium, 4 master, 10 shared)
800 points from clogs, ~750 from clue completions & 450 from first scroll completions
