It's not that complicated
Sonic and Shadow have eyes bigger than half the size of the head, while Silver the middle of it.
Shadow's side quills go upward instead of downwards like Sonic. Silver are just longer, like ponytails. Then you draw the maple leaf on his forehead and that's all the key differences when it comes to drawing them
