Lightless, Playersync is number two. /xivg/ doesn't really join its Playersync shell, but PSync is great for randoms.
About 200 xivggers also use Lopporit but it's arguably one of the least used syncs overall with an average online user count of 600.
Overall, Lightless is a good middle ground.
