Dual blades feels so much better with the improved tracking and demon mode swaps. On the flip side of gunlance wyrmstaking is so fucking fast and consequenceless I was able to stake kushala’s face about 6 or 7 times through the fight without missing entirely. Even 8* glavenus dies in two wyrmstakes and a few pokes. Long sword is way more iai sheathe slash oriented now and they gave it a unique quick work animation at level 3, shit is very nice. Hammer feels better but only minorly; the new special with forward momentum sure is nice so I don’t miss the golf swing. I’m not sure I really see the big difference in charge blade or switch axe yet. Need some lance chads to sell me on it, the glavenus lance looks beautiful.

I believe Ingress (their “proto-PoGo”) was pretty popular and continued to be for years because it was an easier way to register areas as PokeStops than it was to do in Go (since their games are all pretty much using the same database of “hot spot” locations). There aren’t nearly as many gathering points in NOW compared to PoGo’s stops, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some players are still downloading services like Ingress to try and force new ones until NOW gets its own method of registering them.

Not this game, but Pokemon Go does. It has you go to Pokestop locations and turn on the AR camera to "scan" the area for certain missions. And of course you have to upload the footage to get credit for it, making it very useful data for surveying spots that pedestrians will be visiting often, since the Google Street View cars can't always go to places that people can on foot.

You don't need to cut tails for drops; they can drop from any of the 4 normal rewards + group hunt rewards
It's a small chance from the part break, and not all monsters have the rare part from tail cuts
Your brother should be able to cut tails on his own

the low blast value means you'll be focusing on crit ferocity and highest dps values over slashy blasty strategies, so some good contenders are the switch axe, the long sword, or the lance for the bazel weapons. For tigrex the charge blade is absolutely busted with offensive guard and crit ferocity, but the rest of the weapons are sort of meh. I walked over to a khezu along my path with my game closed but it didn't tag that one, so I think it only works consistently when you leave your game open. Seems more like a bandaid for if it's raining or there's a group of monsties too many for you to kill without coming to a stop, so I guess this is mostly nice for not having to be glued to your screen 24/7 during your walk

Alright first off, you hit 3 tackles against Magna's head. If you had done 2 more he would've KOd and that's a free full charge. Just do two more of those roll tackles that you did at 0:16

Just reset if he does this one because not only does he get to rage mode a lot faster than the other 2, the first 2 attacks he does are spastic as fuck and you're not gonna find a decent opening

Starts out with a lunging tail stab (great opportunity to hit a TCS on his arm), then throws hellfireballs (very easy to perfect evade), then does a tailslam (long downtime that will let you hit a fat charge)

Best one to start out with because you want to be aiming for the arms in the first place, not the head. There's 2 topples you can get out this and if you wanna minmax your damage you really need those full charge attack windows. Also very abuseable, he will always start with that arm stomp at 0:03 and it has a tiny hitbox. You just have to roll left once and then you can hit a full charge on his arm and then you're basically halfway towards toppling him. After claw stomp he will always do the explosions, which is another easy opening granted you're positioning for the purpose of attacking his arms in the first place. See picrel to see where it's save to stand. You can do 2 full charges in a row this way

With the arm pattern you're also able to save your TCS to a better window, which brings me to the last suggestion: figure out a spreadsheet for yourself where you can expect him to enrage and use that as your TCS opening. Generally it's based on damage done to him. Also after he enrages, he will again do that explosion pattern so needless to say that's about when you should get your guaranteed 2nd partbreak and by then he'll mostly be dead

Here I pulled a first try 10 star out of my ass to see my approach in practice. It's full of errors too and I still get the kill but that can be partially attributed to Valor being stupid OP. I don't even use element up on my sets anymore, even unupgraded armor pieces for Valor 3 is probably better than element attack up

Riftborne Rathian... Vanquished...

In Pokemon Go you could invite people from your friends list to join a raid remotely. Why is this not a feature in MHNow where all the raid are done with remote players anyway? EDIs would be so much better if I could play with my friends instead of randoms.

Well I'd like to be able to kill the monster in time too, so part breaker 5 seems like waste of time, I want to help a friend, since most of the rare drops come from cut tails I wanted to make a build for it.
I'm using glavenus head and chest, bazelgueuse arms, tigrex belt and arzuros legs and using arzuros dual blades too, at 8.3 I can cut the tail from 6 stars monsters with just one special skill, haven't tried with 7 stars yet

I grinded those driftsmelts out for outbreaks and i didnt have 5 aggressive dodgers to play around yet. I tried to get the clear with what i already had and it workes out. They buffed it in S5 and its actually pretty good now for general purpose damage boost
