You have to debuff specific stats and apply status for an easy run.
Kukui will heal back status at sync and when using trainer moves.
Try Lodge Gladion over SS Roxie since she is at 1/5.
You should be doing it easily, most did it with the Kanto Electric MFs back then.

Read the sync move multipliers and battle hints, Janine does debuff all the needed stats just like Oleana, both do it AOE, Carmine applies Poison effectively enough, now ideally you'd like an EX Support buff for Carmine's damage if you can't bruteforce enough.
If you were here during Anni Gloria and got her you should be set but there are other supports that could cover you obviously.
Kabu, L Gladion, AC Hugh, perhaps even 1/5 Evelyn, S Cynthia, Carmine, NC Blue, AS Silver, etc

CharTina ! Dunno how to feel about them. I think they have more attack stats and less HP? Hassel was a breeze with 1/5 Adaman and Nemona and couldnt even sync.
