Hi guys, I'm the anon from a few threads back. I was that was talking about the lack of female attraction and how I craved their presence. I'm on day 55 right now and hadn't had a wet dream since last time I was here. I wanted to talk about my experience.


Confidence

This is a big one, I never had the confidence to talk to strangers or even the random girls around me, yesterday I walked up to 2 girls and literally tried evangelising them, I can say my confidence is through the roof.

Looks:
I was already eating pretty clean so I haven't seen much hange, if anything it might have slightly went down since the last time because I have started eating rice again for a bulk.

Energy
Increased for sure. I crave the gym a lot of the days now. + talking to strangers gives you a high which gives you a lot of energy lol.

Attraction
I didn't get any magical attraction. For some reason I attract insecure fat brown kids in the gym lol. They come to me and say I lift too hard/heavy and its kinda nice. I might have had a few looks from females but I might just be schizo so I can't say anything about that. Maybe I need to keep doing SR to see real benefits.

Social Respect
I still get disrespected by my peers in collage. Less for sure but still happens. This might simply be because of my insecure past but it is what it is I don't really care.

And I still have good days and bad days as it comes with being a human. Days I slip up, days I skip the gym etc.
I've also recently fell off from dopamine detoxing and I use my phone a lot so thats also something I want to fix.

The trick is to start becoming attracted to personality instead of the body.
