Im using a Fosi K5 pro mini for my PC. It sounds like something you'd expect from a $10 IEM.
I heard from some people that the T10 is very eartip sensitive, changing it can make it sound way better. Tried a few eartips but none of them sound good.
I bought some kiwi ears flex as I've heard that will make the T10 shine, still waiting for it to arrive.
The EW200, Aria, ND planet and tanchjim Bunny all sound better than the T10 to me.

I have the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds (bluetooth) which I have now stopped using for health reasons. I switched to my old wired Sennheiser CX275s, the poor audio on these is evident. Are contemporary wired IEMs on par on audio quality with the contemporary bluetooth buds?

I found the Sennheiser IE 200, but reviews seem unimpressed https://www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/sennheiser/ie-200 are they a good option?

PR3 is basically the same as PR2. PRX is just the latest iteration of their planar while taking everything they learned from the previous ones into account. if PR2 and 3 were too bright for you, PRX is tamed in that regard. if the PR2 and 3 didn't have enough midbass, PRX does.
PRX is the culmination of what everybody wanted more or less of in the previous planars.
that's why PRX is v-shaped rather than u-shaped and has a mesh over the magnets.

Haven't listened to EW200 but the Zero 1 really needs long tips to sound good. It's not really "bright" with the orange tips and has a really balanced sound (just enough bass to feel the slam but not enough to drown out mids).

The gate comes pretty close and seals more consistently but it has a couple quirks and crash cymbals sound messed up on certain songs (the dip at 10khz is really exaggerated on the Gates)

Is it true that 2-pin connectors tend to break? Was looking to get the apos rock lobster but it used 2-pin connectors. How does MMCX compare?

No. You'll need to EQ on the PC/phone side. And wireless IEMs can't be connected by a cable. And wireless headphones that can be connected by 3.5 bypass the EQ when you do that. You'd need to record the 3.5 from PC, EQ it and then convert it back to analog which is fucking retarded.
