Has anyone done the rentry guide for detailing recently?
Installing the custom node ComfyUI-Impact-Subpack breaks my comfyUI instance, something to do with the ultralytics package and pytorch versions, I am running the latest portable cuda 128 release on github.
The other custom node in the guide can be installed without issues, is there an alternative workflow guide for detailing/inpainting?

On forge, I got this extension that autocompletes tags with a dropdown suggestion list, and I can double click tags to temporarily disable them and drag and drop tags around to change their order, and other handy features like that. Finally did the inpainting guide, skipped the automatic detection and did it by hand.

Top - original source image used as reference for control net and regional prompting mask
Middle - Gen straight from the controlnet workflow
Bottom - Final gen after inpainting tummy, hands and both heads, each separately.

There are some minor artifacts where I think I set the crop factor too low but I am happy with the result.
Now I just need to automate the process with a better UI, I'll look into krita or maybe something custom, and to automate the control net + masks images by using blender somehow.
Is this how you fuckers do your gens? I always look at the OP collage and yours are mostly flawless while mine always have hand/eyes issues.

Controlnet is really the only way to force it to put a specific thing on a specific side of the character.
Even then, if the character is only supposed to have it on one side, it will sometimes put it on both sides.
The models simply struggle with non-symmetric aspects of costumes/character designs.

What kind of issues do people have? Other than custom node incompatibilities I guess, I just started it using it, I chose it because I wanted to automate running workflows via its API once I get them polished. I like it so far.

You could try using the new anima model as a starting point, describe it with natural language and it will hopefully get it right, then use that image with control net and your model of choice to get the right style. I just did that for pic related.
That an inpainting, though that can be a pain to get it working correctly, I tried to get her right hand to be a closed fist that way and gave up after a while.

I'm trying to generate a sex scene for a chatbot. It's a handicapped woman with atrophied legs. Making her plump with ugly, skinny and deformed legs is being incredibly hard.

Also, Anytest works well with blobs of color, with no lineart for edge detection to pick up on.
So what might work really well there is to roughly remove the hand from the image with an image editor, then draw a blob of flesh color in the rough shape of a fist, then inpaint over that blob while prompting for fist and using Anytest at various strengths until it gets it right.
