Personally, I hate it because Ohma and Ohma Form eclipse it completely in terms of looks. It's just too messy compared to those sleek, regal looks. Even Geiz Majesty manages to look better despite being kind of lazy. The Buddhist shrine look just doesn't look cool adapted to the human form. It's clunky and ugly.

Decade Complete isn't a beloved design in the first place. That said, I feel like it's one of the designs that ended up ultimately hated due to how it was used in the show.

Comedic debut + jobbing afterwards while having this bulky fancy design just makes it feel like a loser. Stuff like needing to touch the statues to summon the Rider might have seen like a neat idea, but when combined with losses just makes it look clunky.

There is a DX Capsem Set 05 slated for May 2nd when the Final Form items release. So it could contain Capsems for Lord Three's upgrade and Dark Zeztz's Darkness Capsem. It could also imply Zeztz's final form has auxillary Capsems or could even be extra Capsems for Nox or the tertiary.

I like the color scheme and muscle/bone duality they got going on. The "gatling gun" is too dinky and looks meh, and it irks me that it's seemingly going to be mained by the the form that should be hitting everything like a truck.

Hope Catastrom's suit looks closer to something like Agito Burning rather than Zyuoh Gorilla. As for Orderm, all the armor pieces will hopefully offset the awkward "naked" look that every other suit in the show has.

As far as raw power goes it seems to be pretty strong since it even beats an El Lord. It's just somewhat slow/clunky compared to your usual Rider.

I don't think it's really a theme but part of it is that they aren't actual Kamen Riders so obviously it's harder to take down monsters, and part of it is that due to being the first monsters they're well remembered which is why there are so many references to them in other Rider shows.

huh, can see more details with that faceplate. Wish they made Esprim and Paradigm covers too, I really like purple and I seethe that the only lead purple we have is Gavv whose belt is decidedly Red. I still don't like the Zezts driver. I'm not sure if the transparent plastic is meant to be 'dream-like' but I think the Fourze and Ghost drivers both pulled out the transparent plastic a lot better, doesn'tt help that every other belt in the show is a solid color. I also wish they didn't make the strap light up. The other belts in the line are more aesthetically pleasing though I will dock the Lord Invoker some points for having 4 LED's in the main body as opposed to Zezts' 6.

Funny too, since Power to Tearer is one of my favorite rider inserts. Really like the harsh guitar, makes me wish modern rider had form themes again so I could hear berserk form theme songs. OOO in general just had really good inserts, Shu Watanabe has really good vocals.

Riders end up having too many forms that barely get used to justify it, most likely.
Also I would assume that given the way that Sentai and [more recent] Rider have handled songs that they must be seeing better numbers using songs that are "suited for end credits" for lack of a better classification.
Though there's all this stirring towards "song battle" growing as a subgenre with Idol Precure and most of the stuff Elements Garden has been associated with recently so I could see that worked into a motif.
