I honestly am kinda lacking ideas for a build. I know people have given a short rundown of the scenario and setting but how much does it differ from a regular Fate setting? The protagonist of Tsukihime is basically a death perception build, except slightly less powergamed than Sandyanon's usual builds. Unless you go mundane, you'll probably be fine. The builds we usually make are insanely powerful, not at the top of the world but still high tiers.

So Psychics are still viable or is it just Death Perception builds. Unfortunately I just don't know much of Fate and even less of Tsukihime. I know that MEoDP work on Immortal beings as it's said in the CYOA and I've skimmed the wiki for details on options but sometimes entries for some options are just "It's an innate ability possessed by this character" and one short paragraph that talks about everything but how it was actually used so I don't know how potent they are actually supposed to be.

Currently running into an issue of I don't really know what to spend points on since not having to pay tax on command seals frees up a bunch, and I feel like I should just end up dumping into Magecraft/Mysteries or something or just pump up my circuits despite not using them for anything that requires that much quality.

I'd say so. Assassination Arts is the biggest physical boost in the Master Section, Future Calculation is basically Path to Victory, Plunder can help a lot with countering DA regen, etc. A full psychic build wouldn't be too bad, just some powers like Synchronization and Alternative Spiritual Constitution are less useful without Servants around.

This is probably a consequence of us having 700 points and Masters being less expensive to build for than Servants. What's your character concept? The most common point sinks are bumping circuits to be super good, getting a high-rank Foundation so your mage can be a lot more bullshit (or if you go EX, something like a Reality Marble), or buying a Noble Phantasm Mystic Code or two. You could also go hard into Followers or Skills, but the latter isn't really too useful unless you have at least some supernatural stuff to let you punch up.

The one from the Successor Growth? I only did a quick skim of the wiki and it seems you can inherit an Idea Blood, but there's also a chance that it can overwhelm you if you're not strong enough so you can only use it when you're really strong. Fully overcoming the Idea Blood curse would make you a DAA so that may be why Successors have it conditionally. They have access, but they're not supposed to use it yet.

NTA but it doesn't say that they scale from that for most abilities. Some psychic stuff like Mystic Eyes would benefit from more magical energy, like the Flame eyes which directly say how the effect needs you to pour in mana. Other stuff like Telekinetic Projection states it scales with total Master Points. It's not as direct as more mana to pour in means more of an effect, and I'm not sure how much of a bonus it'd be to how much you can use the ability. I mean how much could it affect Death Resistive Body, do people with shitty circuits just means it can cut out at any time or something, or would A circuits increase the amount of damage you can take before your body can't reconfigure around it and finally die?

It's not to say that they are completely detached from normal magical circuits but I really don't see it being as important for Psychic mutations as it is for Mysteries.

I just don’t got it in me to complete a build. I tried going down the Dead Apostle route to use up my points but I don’t really get Idea Bloods, nor do I know the history of Ancestors or Tsukihime, and I got so many points that I’m considering grabbing at least a C Mystery but then I gotta workshop that too. And ultimately I got no idea how to really “play” the build in a non grail war setting cause I’m not well acquainted with the Fate setting outside of the MP’s we’ve done, so it just feels like I have a grab bag character with no real goal in mind since I guess it’s aura farming in the Clocktower until people arrive. I tried wiki skimming and it seems like Dead Apostles are pretty much just bored immortals looking for meaning in their own way which ties back to that Idea Blood thing which I don’t really have an idea for yet. And as someone else mentioned these characters don’t exactly inspire any ideas either. The nun’s cool but the other’s are just presences that fill eachother’s slots.

Yeah, they can turn people at will. The DA section shows the stages, and most people will have a skill issue and just be a zombie basically, but a few won't be mindless and will have the potential to rank up.

They don't instantly explode into ashes, but yeah it's a major weakness for most. and makes their body fall apart.

I'd say the their goals are more complex than just wanting to kill, but they basically have to kill a bunch since the older/more powerful they are, the more blood they'll require. It's not like the average DA thinks much of it anyway. True Ancestors don't need to drink blood but have psychological impulse.
