Yes I think they would, as the lesser houses who hitched their wagons to the Blackfyes would expect some kind of advancement. Peakes would be best placed to replace the Tyrells, another branch of the Hightowers would replace the main branch. The Reach, to my mind, is a bit decentralised especially at this time. Tyrells in the ASOIAF era is an anomaly. So the Peakes replacing the Tyrells wouldn’t be out of the question.
