Pocket/Shiv/Yamato/Lash all build heavy spirit, but they still involve some degree of shooting.
Seven and Mina also build heavy spirit, but they're pretty aim-centric, too. They just itemize more purple than orange.

I don't have any good news for you, anon. From my experience it's:
GPU > power supply > RAM
in order from most likely to least likely. I had a GPU that acted similarly - screen would go black then come back but anything 3d that was playing would be dead. it went up in literal frames couple weeks later.
But could be just power supply dying and failing to supply gpu with enough power.

The cuck dome ya, so much of his power is based around that, they nerffed the shit out of his healing nades, his ice beam and his ice path (even with a few buffs they gave him back) ALL because of how "strong" the dome is
... but its also the ONE ult in the game that can FUCK your own team if you use it wrong

I've grown to like her weird salamander-esque design, just this (probably quick and sloppy) sketch they did for her gloat icon reinforces that it's a solid look that just needs a lot more detail between her body and her clothing/gear. The thing it's competing with is Vyper's dialogue that implies that she's a gorgon, which implies snake. I don't think I want to see her with snake hair.
