Tonight was the first night since I started with all this a month ago, that "something interesting" happened.
I can't remember if or what I dreamed (I rarely can), but I remember waking up several times during the night.
It wasn't this kind of fake "I dreamt of waking up but it was actually also a dream" sort of thing, but more like a sleepwalking experience. I have those occasionally, usually comes with some sort of anxiety attack and the unspecific feeling of something being VERY wrong, so I'm familiar with the feeling. I even got up from my bed for a minute, but was so extremely tired that my mind tried hard to slip back into sleep even as I was standing.
This time, there was no panic, only the strong feeling of a presence being with me in the bedroom. I remember feeling calm, a little bit excited and happy, because finally I may be getting the visit that I have been waiting for.
Other than that, I received no communication or foreign emotion of any kind.
But I did catch glimpses of some kind of shadowy figure. The strongest glimpse was when I saw the shadow of a woman sitting on the chair next to my bed, watching me, right as I was waking up. After a few seconds of me trying to lock in, it was gone.

I dunno what to make of it, let's hope it's real (whatever that means). Felt like some kind of reverse sleep paralysis, with the body awake but the mind still half asleep, hallucinating stuff.
